The Survey And Research About Ideological And Political Work Of The Urban Community

Along with the further development of socialist market economy and the rapid acceleration of urbanization, the economic structure, industrial structure, social structure and social life had great and profound changes; social economic composition, organization form, employment way and material interests increasingly diverse; the fluidity of people thought and activities are gradually different from the past time. Because of laid-off workers, urban floating population and migrant workers, retirees, young students, government cadres, transients and other different crowd gathered in the community, the stability and development of the city has brought a series of problems. At the same time, because of the system reform, the residents from the original "unit person" into "society person", their past life depending on the unit change into depending on the community. Social functions of the communities increasingly become the focus of the society. The community of the status and the function are more and more prominent. The construction and stability of community need the ideological and political work. As the people’s life level enhance, the requirements to improve the living environment and the life quality are more and more urgent, the request to the community construction is also more and more high. Therefore, under the condition of the new era, strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of urban community has become an very important and urgent task.The urban community ideological and political work is the new field of ideological and political work. In the recent years, because of too much attention on the development of economic construction, ideological and political work has weakened. At the same time, because some unperfected community organization, the low quality staffs, hard service facilities and weak budget is to work, make the city community the ideological and political work hard to carry out and affect the whole advancement of urban community construction. Therefore, how to improve the urban community ideological and political work has become the key of China’s ideological and political work. By using ideological and political knowledge and the relevant theory, this paper combined with the development of the urban community practice in the new period and served to the ideological and political work of urban community. Firstly, the article states the importance and necessity for improving the ideological and political work in the new period in the urban communities. And then analyzes the results of the survey. Analysis of the urban community ceremony of ideological and political work of the achievements and experience, summaries the prominent problems of city community ceremony on ideological and political work, and then analyzes the existing problems and their causes of the urban community ideological and political work. Finally combining theory with practice, put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in the urban community countermeasures, suggestions, including improving knowledge, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of work (including leadership mechanism, the interaction mechanism and incentive and restraint mechanisms, evaluation mechanism), innovation work contents and methods, increasing investment and work team construction, so as to improve the urban community ideological and political work.
