| non-operating state-owned assets refers to that it is no need to put into production and management,and was used for official business and social and public welfare undertakings by government agency,public institution,and social organization.Under the new situation,before everything,we must formulate a management of the state-owned assets of higher vocational colleges.We should make the best use of everything,optimize resources distribution and realize virtuous and stable operation,produce the best possible results of the non-operating state-owned assets.This study take the Guangdong Industry Technical College as research object,starting from reviewing the current management situation,finally,providing a rationalization proposal for its asset management.This paper applies the literature research method,summarized the domestic and foreign research present situation about the non-operating state-owned assets,subsequently,according to the result of theoretical research,the characteristic of asset management in higher vocational colleges is studied with the qualitative analysis.Then we discussed the problems.Specifically,take the Guangdong Industry Technical College as research object,through data collection and analysis,we analyzed the Characteristics and problems.Finally,according to the literature date and case analysis,as well as the practical work,we proposed the corresponding rationalization proposal.The results showed that the main problems of higher vocational colleges’ non-operating state-owned assets management:as the non-operating state-owned assets are underutilized,leading a low efficiency of the assets,there is serious loss of national properties.In conclusion,we should strengthen the contingent construction,concentrate on institutional improvement,Optimize asset sharing platform,and establish perfect asset management evaluation system. |
