The Research On Management Of State-owned Assets In Institutions Of Higher Education Based On The Corporate Governance Structure

State-owned assets in institutions of higher education is the material security forcolleges and universities to be engaged in teaching and scientific research work,themanagement level of high and low will affect the allocation of resources, themanagement system and other aspects of the work, even affect the survival anddevelopment of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is particularly important tostrengthen the management of state-owned assets in institutions of higher education incolleges and universities. At present, the state-owned asset management in colleges anduniversities has made great progress, but there are still some problems. For example,accounts is disagreeing with physical inventory of assets, the money is not clear, assets isin a severe loss, and so on. In the current reform environment of education system incolleges and universities, the reasonable use of state-owned assets in institutions ofhigher education and the implementation of state-owned assets value-added value, is anew topic for management of state-owned assets in institutions of higher education. Sofar, the state has adopted a series of laws and regulations for university assetsmanagement and makes it clear that universities have legal personality.And corporategovernance structure of Universities will affect the management level of state-ownedassets management. Therefore, to perfect the corporate governance structure ofstate-owned assets in institutions of higher education management is of greatsignificance.This paper studies the management of state-owned assets in institutions of highereducation on the basis of the corporate governance structure. First,the paper compilesthe relevant literature at home and abroad on university corporate governance structureand state-owned assets management in institutions of higher education, which takepublic goods theory, principal-agent theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis.And then, through the questionnaire, the article selects102colleges and universities asthe research object and fully analyzes current situation of state-owned assetsmanagement and the problems that exist in institutions of higher education, and it alsoanalyzes the cause of the problems. Finally, aimed at the problems existing in the management of state-owned assets in institutions of higher education, the paper putsforward the suggestions and measures to perfect state-owned assets in institutions ofhigher education management based on corporate governance structure.
