China’s current retirement age policy began in the 20 th century,50 years,and still in use,the policy provides for male workers 60 years of age retirement,female workers retirement age is 50 years old,is based on the expected life expectancy after the founding of the then socio-Development level.The implementation of this policy has played a positive and significant effect on the old-age security of the elderly,but with the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy,the level of science and technology progress,people’s quality of life has gradually improved,China has gradually entered the aging society,The limitations of the policy gradually exposed.First of all,the legal retirement age is low and the continuous improvement of population life expectancy,so that the phenomenon of early retirement or retreat,so that the labor supply crisis;Second,the knowledge-based employees as the main force of the knowledge economy,the current statutory retirement Age,so that the employee’s career life cycle and labor costs input and output of a serious mismatch,resulting in large-scale human resources are idle and wasted,and thus loss of national,social and personal gains.In this paper,based on the increasing employment costs,the average annual wage growth rate has increased year by year,the cost of developing human resources has been further improved,staff turnover rate has increased significantly,and most of the staff positions do not match,resulting in staff Low motivation,low efficiency and a series of problems.From the policy effects of extending the retirement age,this paper focuses on the impact of deferred retirement on human labor costs.Based on the maximization of personal utility,human capital,corporate social responsibility and life cycle,The questionnaires and the interview outline of labor cost of enterprises,and explores the effect of the extension of statutory retirement age on the human resource costs of enterprises and how to stimulate the potential of employees so as to make full use of human resources.Finally,this paper analyzes the possible impact of delayed retirement on enterprises and the countermeasures and suggestions,so that enterprises and individuals are aware of the real impact of delayed retirement on their own,so as to better accept the implementation of this policy for enterprises to correctly deal with delayed retirement policy Provide some reference.
