| Purpose:To observe the influence of different frequency vibration stimulation on basketball players’ ability of jumping and sprint performance under both non-fatigue state and fatigue state,as well as the surface electromyographic characteristics of lower limb muscle group,so as to provide experimental evidence for the effect of application of vibration intervention in basketball projects.Methods:10 basketball players from Beijing Sport University were recruited as the experimental subjects.The experiment is divided into two situations,non-fatigue state and fatigue state.And the subjects who can validate the fatigue model firstly will carry out the following experiments.Each participant need to complete 9-times experiments,3-times non-fatigue experiments including performed 30Hz vibration intervention,45Hz vibration and blank intervention group(blank group without applying vibration stimulation),lasting 1min,amplitude 4mm,repeat 3 times,intermittent between groups 1min,the subjects take a squat(knee angle 120 degrees).The results of the subjects’ CMJ(counter movement jump,CMJ)and 30m sprint were tested before and after the experiment.The other part of subjects,participants need to completed 6-times experiments in fatigue state,the vibration interventions are respectively 30Hz,45Hz and blank group after intervention in the completion of vibration fatigue model,including CMJ and 30m sprint test,the other 3 tests subjects maximal voluntary isometric contraction(maximal voluntary contraction,MVC)of surface EMG signal when the rectus femoris,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis RMS amplitude(root mean square,RMS).Results:(1)the case of non-fatigue test of CMJ data,the 30m sprint data were analyzed by paired samples T test and ANCOVA analysis.The results show that vibration intervention on CMJ scores significantly enhance(P<0.01),but the results increase the amplitude of the frequency independent(P>0.05).The effect of vibration intervention on the results of 30m sprint was significantly enhanced(P<0.01),and the increase of contrast between groups was not related to frequency(P>0.05).The effect of the exercise on the performance is the middle effect.(2)after the fatigue model was completed,the difference of MF value,MPF value,MVC force value and subjective sense value of surface EMG data were significant,which showed that the model was successful.(3)analysis of paired T test and ANCOVA,CMJ data obtained 30m data and surface EMG data of fatigue test,the results showed that 30Hz and 45Hz vibration intervention vibration and vibration intervention than those before the intervention could significantly improve the CMJ jump and 30m sprint performance(P<0.01),no significantly different vibration frequencies between the groups(P>0.05).The effect of sports performance is large,and compared with the effect of non-fatigue state,we can see that vibration intervention has greater effect on sports performance under fatigue.In the case of surface EMG fatigue test results analysis shows that the vibration intervention on the lower extremity RMS and MVC force value increased markedly(P<0.01),30Hz vibration intervention on the rectus femoris,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis muscle RMS and MVC value was significantly higher than the effect with the control group(P<0.05).The effect of vibration intervention in 45Hz was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1,In non-fatigue state,the vibration intervention can significantly improve the CMJ and 30m sprint test results,but there is no significant difference between 30Hz and 45Hz frequencies of the vibration intervention on the movement performance.2,In fatigue state,vibration intervention can also significantly improve the CMJ and 30m sprint test results,there is no significant difference between 30Hz and 45Hz frequencies of the vibration intervention on the movement performance.Vibration intervention can effectively improve the RMS and MVC forces of the rectus femoris,the medial femoral muscle and the lateral femoral muscle in the fatigue state.The effect of 30Hz vibration intervention was significantly better than 45Hz and without vibration intervention.3,For the improvement of CMJ and 30m-sprint result,processing vibration stimulation intervention on subjects who are in fatigue state is better than in non-fatigue state. |
