Research purposes: in order to explore the vibration training of long jump athletes lower limbs explosive power influence the best combination of vibration modes and recovery time,studies the vibration of the different time and frequency on the recovery time of the influence of long jump athletes lower limbs explosive power,for the future will be applied to the vibration training activities to provide the reference for the competition or training.Methods: in this paper,8 second-level horizontal male long jumpers from Beijing Sport University were selected to conduct a self-comparative study on the acute effect of vibration training.The vibration frequencies were 35 Hz and 45 Hz,and the amplitudes were both 2mm.The two frequencies were respectively used for three groups of 45 s or 60 s squat exercises,and the interval between groups was 30 s.KISTLER portable force measuring table and Smartspeed speedometer were used to collect the kinetic indexes(maximum power value,peak power)and kinematics indexes(take-off height,6-step 5-step single-foot jump,30m)of the subjects before and after the intervention of vibration training.Repeated measures of variance were used to analyze the influence of intervention methods and recovery time on each index,and the influence of recovery time of the same intervention method on each index and the influence of different intervention methods on each index were analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.All the four vibration training combinations can produce acute enhancement effect to improve the explosive power of the male long jumper’s lower limbs.However,the peak of explosive power caused by different vibration intervention modes appears in different recovery time and all show a decreasing trend with the extension of time.2.The acute enhancing effect of low frequency(35Hz)vibration stimulation on the explosive force of lower limbs of male long jumpers can last for a long time,while the acute enhancing effect of sub high frequency(45Hz)vibration stimulation on the explosive force of lower limbs of male long jumpers can last for a short time.The vibration combination method with a vibration frequency of 45 Hz,a vibration time of 45 s,and a vibration amplitude of 2mm can be used as the best combination to increase the explosive power of the lower limbs of the male long jump athlete.It is mainly manifested in the squat jump height(P <0.05),the maximum force value and 30 m The best recovery time points are when the former two are 0min and the latter are 10 min.3.The vibration training with a vibration frequency of 35 Hz,a vibration time of60 s,and an amplitude of 2mm is the best combination method to increase the explosive power of the lower limbs of the male long jump athletes.It mainly focuses on the maximum force value of the squat jump,peak power,take-off height,and6-step run 5 level single foot jump It has a positive impact.The best recovery time points are when the first three are 5min and the latter are 10 min.
