| Objective: to explore the changes of the effects of auxiliary practice and routine teaching on elementary school students’ forehand stroke,and to analyze the causes of the changes,so as to provide an objective basis for the improvement of elementary school students’ short tennis forehand technique through auxiliary practice.To provide schools and teachers across the country who want to offer tennis lessons in primary schools and who do not have standard tennis courts with teaching methods and successful experiences that they can learn and emulate.Research value: it provides schools with a variety of teaching methods for the construction of short tennis courses,social tennis training institutions and tennis coaches,effective guidance for teachers and coaches in practical teaching,improves the teaching quality of teachers and coaches,and cultivates more excellent tennis reserve talents.Research methods: This study using the auxiliary exercises combined with conventional teaching methods of teaching,to nurture new school affiliated to the capital normal university,36 students of grade one zero basis of teaching experiment,using a grade with special technology action technology to analyze the combination of practice to improve the pupils short form tennis forehand technology study,the effect of experiment process in strict accordance with the schedule requirements,experiment teaching,the teaching experiment respectively to two groups of experimental subjects after tennis forehand technology assessment,and the measured data by using the SPSS21.0 and Excel data statistical analysis comparison,in the relevant conclusions.Research conclusion: 1.Auxiliary exercises are beneficial for primary school students to complete the correct movement technique,provide a good foundation for future learning,and help primary school students to grasp,understand and visualize the movement technique essentials of tennis more easily.2.According to the comparative analysis of the movement technique and the final result,the experimental group performed better than the control group in the tennis technique movement completed by the students,and the experimental group performed better than the control group in the batting effect.3.The auxiliary exercises are helpful for students to understand the principle of kicking and forwarding power and improve the depth of forehand hitting.It is helpful for students to clearly see the moment when the racket touches the ball,the position and direction of the racket surface,and fully understand the theory of the racket acting on the ball.It is helpful for students to finish the whole stroke effectively. |
