With the rapid development of tennis,it has gradually become a kind of net-separating antagonistic sport which is loved by college students. However, due to the limited hours of tennis teaching, how to make students master the basictechnology as soon as possible is an urgent problem in tennis teaching. Therefore, the study of new teaching methods and the promotion of tennis teaching reform will be of great significance to the improvement of tennis teaching quality. Objective: to study the effect of teaching aids on forehand batting technique in tennis class selection in colleges and universities through teaching experiments. This paper discusses the influence of assistive devices on the control of forehand hitting point, ball speed and technical action in order to provide methods and theoretical references for the teaching of tennis in colleges and universities.Study object and method: this research mainly uses the teaching experiment method, selects the Hunan Humanities Science and Technology College sophomore, junior tennis two special classes as the experimental object, divides into two experimental classes and two control classes, each class is 10 people,There was no significant difference in tennis skill level between the two classes before the teaching experiment. On the basis of the traditional teaching, the two experimental classes added the teaching method of assistive devices. The control class adopted the traditional teaching method and carried out the teaching experiment for 16 weeks. After the experiment, the tests were compared and analyzed. Results of the study:1.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, tennis forehand batting was improved in both experimental and control classes.2.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the stability of the 2016 grade experimental class was 13.43 ±3.11,12.33 ±2.36,P < 0.05,and the control class was16.25 ±2.32,14.58 ±2.62,respectively,P < 0.05.The stability of the control class was13.43 ±3.11,12.33 ±2.36 and 16.25 ±2.32,14.58 ±2.62,respectively(P < 0.05).The stability of forehand bottom line batting in the experimental class is significantlyhigher than that in the control class, which shows that the teaching of forehand bottom line batting with auxiliary equipment is more helpful than the traditional teaching method to improve the stability of students' forehand bottom line batting.3.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the depth of forehand bottom line stroke in the 2016 class was 24.54 ±5.11,23.39 ±4.83,P < 0.05,and the control class was 29.41 ±5.17,27.42 ±5.37,respectively,P < 0.05.The difference between the experimental class and the control class was significantly higher than that in the control class(29.41 ±5.17,27.42 ±5.37,P < 0.05).The depth of forehand bottom-line stroke in experimental class is significantly higher than that in control class, which shows that the teaching of forehand bottom-line batting with auxiliary equipment is more helpful than the traditional teaching method in improving the depth of forehand bottom-line batting in tennis students.4.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the ball speed of the 2016 grade experimental class was 20.13 ±3.11,18.33 ±3.63,P < 0.05,and the control class was20.13 ±3.11,18.33 ±3.63,respectively.In the experimental class of 2015,the ball speed of the forehand bottom line in the control group was 24.71 ±5.17,22.56 ±4.01,respectively(P < 0.05).The speed of forehand bottom-line batting in experimental class is significantly higher than that in control class, which shows that the teaching of forehand bottom-line batting with auxiliary equipment is more helpful than the traditional teaching method in improving students' forehand-bottom-line batting speed.5.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the technical evaluation scores of the 2016 grade experimental class were 6.24 ±1.35,5.13 ±1.63 respectively, and the control class scored 6.24 ±1.35,5.13 ±1.63 respectively. The technical evaluation scores of the 2015 class and the control group were 8.53 ±2.01 and 7.61 ±1.59respectively(P < 0.05).The technical score of forehand bottom-line batting in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class, which indicated that the teaching of forehand bottom-line batting with auxiliary equipment was more helpful than the traditional teaching method in improving students' skill level of forehand-bottom-line batting in tennis. The study concluded that:1.After 16-week 32-hour tennis forehand bottom-line batting technique teaching, the forehand-bottom-line batting technique of the two experimental classes was improved respectively.2.The teaching of forehand bottom line batting with auxiliary equipment can significantly improve the stability of students' forehand bottom line batting.3.The teaching of forehand bottom line batting with aids can significantly improve the depth of students' forehand bottom line batting.4.The teaching of forehand bottom line batting with auxiliary equipment can significantly improve the ball speed of students' forehand bottom line batting.5.The teaching of forehand bottom line batting with auxiliary equipment can significantly improve students' skill level of forehand bottom line batting.
