Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Public Sports Facilities In Urban Parks In Haidian District,Beijing

As a place for daily leisure,fitness and entertainment,the city park has become an important part of urban construction.How to speed up the construction of urban parks to meet the daily exercise needs of the urban public has become an urgent problem to be solved by the government.The purpose of this article is to use post-evaluation(POE)theory to construct a post-use evaluation system for public sports facilities in urban parks in Haidian District,Beijing.By investigating the status of public sports facilities in different types of urban parks in Haidian District,Beijing,we can understand how tourists rate public sports facilities The actual evaluation after use,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of urban parks in the provision of public sports facilities,will provide a reference for the construction of public sports facilities in future urban parks.The study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,mainly using literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey and AHP,to obtain the judgment matrix and weights through the expert questionnaire,and to construct public sports facilities in Haidian District,Beijing Evaluation system after use.Through the tourist questionnaire,the evaluation results of five different types of public sports facilities in urban parks in Haidian District,Beijing were obtained.The research conclusion is as follows:1.Establish a post-use evaluation system for public sports facilities in urban parks in Haidian District,Beijing,including 4 first-level indicators and 19second-level indicators.Among them,the first-level evaluation indicators are sorted according to the order of weight: public sports facility status(0.4495)> surrounding environment of public sports facilities(0.2596)> traffic accessibility(0.1707)> park management status(0.1202).Among the second-level indicators,the weights of public sports facility safety(0.1434)and quality of public sports facilities(0.1161)are relatively high.In comparison,the weights of internal traffic conditions(0.0221)and lighting facilities(0.0156)are relatively low.2.Research shows that 58.66% of tourists come to the park for the main purpose of exercising.Different age groups have different needs for public sports facilities.Middle-aged and elderly people have higher demands for fitness paths and fitness trails.Young people have higher demand for basketball,table tennis,badminton and other ball project venue facilities.3.The overall evaluation survey of the public sports facilities in the five parks in Haidian District shows that the average value of the overall evaluation of Haidian Park after use is the highest(4.26),and the average value of the overall evaluation of Dongsheng Eight Country Parks after use is the lowest(3.25).
