Through the investigation status quo commercial residential district residents sports activities,sports facilities study conditions, sports facilities management status, user satisfaction status on different levels, mainly focusing on the scale of sports facilities, sports facilities, the type and quantity of sports facilities operations, maintenance of sports facilities, sports facilities, opening hours and respondents regard the satisfaction of sports facilities etc. are analyzed, and found from the survey:1, sports facilities area of ??less than "urban community sports facilities construction land," the general area and sports facilities are less than the per capita area, indoor area is particularly lacking.2, residents regularly participate in sports programs focused on fitness walking,badminton and square dance on several projects, residential areas and open spaces within the district stadium is the main place for residents of physical exercise.3, due to the participation of sports people often do not ask for sports facilities,so the higher the satisfaction of the residents kind of sports facilities, but the number of sports facilities are less satisfied.4, the cell type most of the sports facilities for public service operators, for free use of the residents, public facilities, mostly outdoor facility, open to residentsthroughout the day, operating sports facilities and longer opening hours to meet the needs of the majority of residents, Therefore, the higher the degree of satisfaction of the residents.5, the district sports facilities maintenance frequency is generally low, and there is a difference between the Old Town and New Town residential district, the new city district with professional maintenance staff but lack of staff, and the Old Town area is not equipped with professional maintenance staff, but because residents lower equipment maintenance requirements, so satisfaction is still high.Construction Status for public sports facilities in Zibo City, Shandong Province,the city commercial residential communities, and from a practical consideration,made the following recommendations:1, a national standard-setting a reasonable commercial residential district public sports facilities planning and construction in the form of legislation and implemented.2, in the area of ??the original basis of public sports facilities, full use of the residential environment, increase the amount of the type and quantity of sports facilities, sports facilities, a lack of improvement in the status of the cell.3, the government should pay attention to sports facilities and increase public welfare investment, and investment in sports facilities to increase public welfare,while the introduction of social capital building private stadiums, rich community sports facilities.4, commodity residential area should be equipped with professional management staff, regular maintenance of sports facilities, and to develop sports-related facilities maintenance management system and actively implemented.5, enhanced Awareness of Physical Exercise residents, the majority of residents actively participate guide to physical exercise among the expanding demand for public sports facilities, and improve government and real estate development and investment in building capacity for public sports facilities.
