| Guangdong(Dongguan xintongsheng)women’s basketball team is a team with a long history,deep inside information,consecutive times to participate in the Chinese women’s basketball professional league,the results of the competition and all aspects are very prominent,won league runners-up WCBA2002-2003 season,as well as WCBA2018-2019 championship,arguably represents the highest level of Chinese professional women’s basketball team.In the 2018-2019 season of wcba,Guangdong women’s basketball club increased its investment and finally won the championship.Taking the winning factors of Guangdong women’s basketball team in the 2018-2019 season of wcbaas the research object,this paper analyzes and discusses the whole season’s competition situation,team management,players’ characteristics,team’s technical and tactical data,and the introduction and role of foreign aid,to find out the reasons behind Guangdong women’s basketball team winning the championship.This paper analyzes the winning factors of Guangdong women’s basketball team in the 2018-2019 season by using the methods of literature,field observation,video analysis,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Team Guangdong has a complete lineup and a number of domestic high-level athletes.These players have obvious advantages both in personal ability and competition experience,and smooth cooperation,together created excellent results of team Guangdong.The foreign player has made up for the shortage of domestic players and brought the professional spirit of foreign professional league.Through the run-ins and exchanges with domestic players,the team not only has the leading achievements,but also encourages local players to improve their professional quality.The individual skill and teamwork of the team’s players are important factors in the team’s success.(2)Team Guangdong has a large coaching staff with strong strength and clear division of labor.First of all,I can have a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the team,make reasonable tactics and arrangements according to the characteristics of the team,and make detailed preparations for the game.Secondly,it improves the execution ability of the athletes to carry out the skills and tactics,so as to ensure the good performance of the athletes on the field.Finally,the coaching staff is very flexible and effective in the use of the players.(3)The management team has arranged the team’s travel and rest in a scientific,reasonable and meticulous manner,giving the team sufficient rest time.Only by ensuring the health of the athletes can the athletes devote themselves to the training and competition,so as to maintain good competitiveness and play the best competitive level in the competition.(4)The team’s scientific and technological support is very detailed,which helps the athletes to understand and improve themselves in three aspects: physical training,video analysis and medical security.Data analysis shows that the team has strong offensive ability,high shooting percentage and more shots.On the defensive end of the ball is a solid rebounding,defensive intensity,often through the steal into scoring.Each technique can play stably,have no short board,make the opponent is difficult to restrict,the technical balance is the basic guarantee that the team wins. |
