| Against the backdrop of the comprehensive promotion of the "Three Balls" project by the country,Sichuan Yuanda Group takes promoting the construction of a strong sports province as its own responsibility and actively participates in the sports industry in Sichuan.Its group club,Sichuan Yuanda Meile Club,won the first national championship in the history of Sichuan women’s basketball in 2023.Based on this,in order to promote the development of women’s basketball events in China,based on the research achievements of previous scholars,this paper analyzes and studies the winning factors between Sichuan Yuanda Meile Women’s Basketball Team and its opponents,the coach team,club management team,safeguard measures,and other existing factors,conducts index screening through the Delphi method method,calculates the factor weight using the tomography method,and analyzes and discusses the indicators with larger weight,Analyze the winning advantages and existing problems of Sichuan Yuanda Meile women’s basketball team,and provide theoretical support for Sichuan Yuanda Meile women’s basketball team and domestic women’s basketball teams to achieve better results.The research results indicate that:(1)Basic information of the team: In terms of basic information,the average height of the Sichuan Yuanda Meile women’s basketball team,the height,age,and playing experience of the center are one of the core factors for winning the game.(2)Offensive factors: The Sichuan team’s three-point shooting percentage,total shooting percentage,number of assists,and assist error ratio are the main factors for winning the game.(3)Defensive factors: High defensive efficiency and strong ability to steal the ball are one of the core factors for the Sichuan team to win.(4)Coach factor: The head coach Wang Guizhi has excellent coaching skills,remains calm in the face of danger during matches,and commands appropriately;Dare to use people at critical moments,choose the right timing for pauses based on the characteristics of the players and the form of the field,and make timely adjustments when falling behind,in order to surpass the score and win.And the coach team has good control and training on the psychological construction of the team members,often using matches as a substitute to enhance their confidence.In major competitions,the team members can be calm and calm in the face of danger.The comprehensive level of the coach team is one of the basic factors for the team to win.(5)Club factor: With the support of the country’s vigorous development of basketball projects,Sichuan Yuanda Meile Club has invested a large amount of funds.The club has a scientific organizational structure,sets up a player reward mechanism,stimulates players to actively and tenaciously fight on the field,and is one of the basic factors for the club’s good operation and team winning.(6)Guarantee factors: The reasonable dietary arrangement of Sichuan Yuanda Meile Club ensures the nutritional intake of athletes,providing them with sufficient energy supplementation.The accompanying doctors in the medical team ensure the healthy training and competition of team members,and the guarantee of training venues ensures the scientific training of team members.Guarantee factors are one of the basic factors for the team to win.(7)Information factor: The reception and processing of information can enable the team to occupy an absolute dominant position in the game.The information processing of Sichuan Yuanda Meile Women’s Basketball Team before,during,and after the game is one of the basic factors for the team to win. |
