A Comparative Study On The Attack And Defense Technology Of The Center Of The Top Four Teams In The2019 Men’s Basketball World Cup

As an indispensable part of the basketball game,the basketball center players play an increasingly prominent role.In the history of basketball,there have been many excellent center players,such as Yao Ming and O’Neill,who once dominated the NBA.Now with the continuous development of basketball,the center players are not only in the inner line for a small range of back single play.Due to the change of rules and players’ position fuzziness,the development trend of the center presents as high intensity,high confrontation,fast attack and defense,and the ability of long-distance projection.More attention is paid to the spatial organization and coping ability after the inner line is opened.At present,the center,through his tall stature,opens the position of the inner line,drives the team through the conduction ball after the assists and catches the ball.Compared with the traditional center,he plays hard on the inner line,and gives full play to the center’s own advantages.This paper analyzes the attack and defense data of the top four men’s basketball teams in 2019 by video observation,rank sum ratio and expert interview,so as to show the attack and defense strength of the center of the top four teams.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in terms of body shape,Australian team’s weight and ctorley index are higher than other teams,ranking first,and France team’s three centers are superior to other teams in height.(2)Gasol,Bogut,Randall,Hernan Gomez,gobel,Delia and so on have the most close shot scores;Gasol,Bogut,Randall,Hernan Gomez and gobel have the most time-space difference shots;Gasol,Hernan Gomez and gobel have the most long-distance shots.The way of rebounding in the front court of the top four centers is mainly in-situ and position grabbing,while the way of position grabbing is mainly in-situ grabbing.Gasol,Bogut,Randall,Hernan Gomez,gobel,Delia and so on received the ball the most times,among which Gasol,gobel and Bogut had the most threatening passes.Two of the most breakthroughs were Gasol and Hernan Gomez.(3)In the defense of the non ball players,the center players seldom cling to the defenders.Except for Gasol,who is inclined to organize and coordinate,who needs to delay his receiving and passing routes,most of the non ball defenders choose the side to back defenders.When facing gobel,the height difference is large,and the defenders choose to circle the front defense for many times.(4)Gasol,gobel,Hernan Gomez,Delia,boyrier,Randall and Bogut reached the B-level offensive level,with the highest offensive RSR of 0.79.Among them,five players with the defensive level reaching level B are Gasol,Hernan Gomez,gobel,Randall and Bogut,of which the highest defensive RSR is 0.68.The correlation coefficient between the efficiency ranking of the top four center players and the RSR of attack and defense is r = 0.858(P < 0.01).It shows that the attack and defense RSR value of the top four center players in the2019 men’s basketball world cup can objectively reflect the competitive level of the center.
