Research On Monitoring Of Technical Analysis Of National Pistol Rapid Fire Team Preparing For 2018 Shooting World Championship

Abstract/Summary:
Shooting sport,a competitive event of target shooting with pistol to target targets,requires athletes to have qualities,such as,excellent balance ability,coordination ability,concentration,psychological stability and time feeling,etc.At present,there are15 Olympic shooting events,of which,25 meters rapid-fire pistol is a continuous shooting movement within the required time.China’s shooting events have been in a leading position in the world.Men’s 25 m rapid-fire pistol is also a superiority project in China.In the world-class large-scale shooting competition,men’s 25 m rapid-fire pistol has always been gold-winning project of China.In 25 m rapid-fire pistol event of 2018 ISSF World Shooting Championships,it was Lin Junmin,Zhang Jian and Yao Zhaonan who consisted of Chinese Team.Finally,Lin Junmin and Zhang Jian won the first two places while the Chinese team won the group championship in the project.The Chinese team won the team championship of the event.Based on the technical action analysis and monitoring service of national team(pistol)athletes,through the analysis and monitoring of the technical movements of six preparatory athletes for the 2018 ISSF World Shooting Championships in preparing period,this study analyzes the state and technical stability of athletes during the preparation period so as to provide the guarantee for the athletes to give full play to their competition level in the competition.At the same time,this study provides reference for the preparation work of future world-class competition.Through literature review method,test method,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis,etc.,the study was conducted on 6 athletes in in the 25 m rapidfire pistol of 2018 ISSF World Shooting Championships.Analyzing and monitoring their technical performance during preparation,and comparing sports level of six athletes,this study communicates and discusses with members of the Technology Services.The investigated subjects are divided into two groups,including focus group(Lin Junmin,Zhang Jian,and Yao Zhaonan)and general group(Zhu Haojie,Hu Haozhe,Luo Jiajie).The data of a six-person simulation competition during the preparation period is compared and analyzed.Qualisy models and data is adopted to analyze in combination with the stability of athletes’ state and technology during preparation.Through the study,it is concluded that:1、 Data of in firing time interval,gun stability,trigger control capability shows that even in the same range of fluctuations,athletes with better performance have less discreteness of data fluctuations.2、 In terms of the stability of holding gun,Lin Junmin and Yao Zhaonan performed best.In the process of holding gun,Zhangjian had large discreteness of muzzle floating up and down as well as larger floating frequency.Hu Haozhe and Luo Jiajie still had a certain gap to the three athletes.Zhu Haojie’s personal characteristics were obvious at the stage of holding gun.From start to the end,his muzzle was always sinking.From the start to near the firing point,the submerged speed gradually slowed down.3、 In terms of the ability to control pull the trigger,Lin Junmin pulled the trigger most simply.Yao Zhaonan and Hu Haozhe beat only in small areas.And the coordinate curve on the x,y,z triaxial axis is regular and smooth.Yao Zhaonan and Hu Haozhe’s firing action were more stable,with strong coordination of muscle strength.Zhang Jian,Zhu Haojie,and Luo Jiajie had larger beat amplitude and relatively poor consistency of the related muscle in shooting.4、 Of the three athletes,Lin Junmin mainly generated power by triceps muscle of arm with synergistic force of superficialis flexor muscle and musculus biceps brachii.Their muscle strength of each shot was stable and synergy between muscles was strong but because elbow joints were more relaxed with excessive tension in the shoulder,the poor conduction of recoil leads to the compensation of triceps brachii.Zhang Jian mainly generated power by longusi musculus supinator,with irregular muscle strength and poor overall consistency.Yao Zhaonan mainly generated power by bicipital muscle of arm,cooperating by musculus flexor digitorum superficialis and musculi brachioradialis,resulting high muscle economy,which indicated that Yao Zhaonan’s shooting technology was more mature and stable.
