Research purpose: The vertical jumping ability is an important factor that affects the performance of special sports in basketball.This article aims to explore the long-term and short-term and positive and negative effects of the enhancement effect on the high-level basketball players’ vertical jumping ability after the activation of weightbearing squats under different intervention modes.And the degree of impact.Research methods: This article uses literature methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore,and researches the basic theory and analyzes the foundation of the enhancement effect and the vertical jump ability after activation.On the basis of research questions and content design research experiments.The study selected 12 professional players(national-level athletes)from Shaanxi Xinda Basketball Club as the experimental object,used the grouping mode of the experimental group and the control group to conduct a sixweek experimental intervention,recorded the experimental data,and used mathematical statistical software Expand the analysis.It mainly compares the difference between the vertical jump touch height of high level basketball players at the same load and different intervention methods at different time points and the different load same intervention method at each time point of the vertical jump touch height.Research conclusion: Through this study,the following main research conclusions were drawn:(1)Under the premise of 85% 1RM weight-bearing squats,the amount of exercise has a negative relationship with the score immediately after exercise.(2)Under the load condition of 90% 1RM weight-bearing squat,whether it is weightbearing squat,five fast abdomen jumps after weight-bearing squat,five fast abdomen jumps after weight-bearing squat,which one is 10 meters sprint run In the intervention method,the peak value appeared at 12 minutes,the trough appeared at15 seconds immediately after exercise,and the vertical jump height score immediately after PAP activation training increased as the amount of exercise increased,the greater the decrease.(3)High load intensity(85% 1RM-95% 1RM) weight-bearing squat PAP plus intervention stimulation training appears the best value of vertical jump touch at 12 min,the stimulation with reduced intensity will make the peak move forward for a period of time,and Increasing the intensity of the stimulus will cause the peak to move back a period of time.(4)In the case of the same intervention method,the difference in the height of each time node between85% 1RM-95% 1RM load intensity is not significant.It means that after the loadbearing squat is activated with a heavy load intensity(85% 1RM-95% 1RM)after the enhanced effect training,each time point under the same intervention method,its different large load intensity has no effect on the height of vertical jump.Big.(5) Long-term(six weeks)PAP activation training has a promoting effect on the improvement of high-level basketball players’ ability to touch and jump vertically,indicating that the enhanced effect after activation is not only effective for improving the athlete ’s ability in a specific period of time.The accumulation of improvements in training can also gradually increase the athlete’s athletic level.By analyzing the long-term and short-term effects,PAP activation training is more effective for shortterm improvement.
