Complex training refers to a training method in which athletes can induce a post-activation potentiation effect in a short time by receiving heavy resistance exercise, and during the activation period, they can receive light load training similar to rapid expansion and contraction training to increase the body’s explosive power. However, because the complex training plan is greatly influenced by individual factors, training load factors and sports event factors, there is a lack of the best training plan and combination method for compound training. Therefore, according to the characteristics of volleyball players, combined with the basic principles and physiological mechanisms of compound training and post-activation potentiation effect,it is necessary to formulate complex training programs for volleyball players.Research purposes:This guide the training process for coaches by formulating a reasonable training plan and improving the explosive power of the lower limbs of volleyball players.Through the post-activation potentiation effect, the best activation effect of the explosive power of the lower limbs is explored, and then a long-term complex training plan is developed based on this A large number of volleyball coaches and other scientific research personnel formulate compound training plans to provide reference. Methods:In the physical education university, according to the requirements of the experiment, the volleyball college students who meet the conditions of this research are recruited and selected, and then the pre-experimental tests are carried out. Before the experiment,20 athletes were stimulated immediately after receiving three different loads of 70%1RM,80%1RM and 90%1RM.The squat height(CMJ)data of the lower limbs in minutes,6 minutes,9 minutes and 12 minutes are collected.Analyze the optimal stimulation load and interval time for volleyball players’ lower limb activation. Then the 20 experimental subjects recruited were divided into two groups according to the needs of the research after certain data processing and screening research needs to carry out our entire research process, each group had a total of ten people. The experimental group took compound training under optimal activation conditions, and the control group only performed traditional resistance training. The two groups were treated with 8-week training intervention. The explosive power index of the lower limbs before and after the experiment was tested, and the SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Research results and conclusions:(1)The three load-intensity resistance stimuli of 70%1RM,80%1RM and 90%1RM can effectively increase the height of squat jump. The best activation time of 70%1RM and 80%1RM weight-bearing half squats At about 6 minutes, the best activation time for 90%1RM resistance exercises is about 9 minutes, and the activation effect of 80%1RM weight-bearing resistance exercises is better than 70%1RM and 90%1RM weight-bearing semi-squatting resistance exercises.(2)The complex training improves the squat jump height, approach height performance of volleyball players better than traditional resistance training.(3)There is no difference between complex training and traditional resistance training in improving standing triple jump performance.(4)College volleyball athletes have a better stimulation effect of medium load intensity than high intensity load stimulation.(5)Complex training is an efficient method for lower limb explosive power training. It is necessary to formulate the best activation effect according to athletes of different levels, and perform complex training during the best activation period.Reasonable arrangement of complex training can improve the jumping height of the lower limbs, the approach height.
