| Research objective: ice hockey is a game dominated by technique and tactics.As in many team sports,hockey players also have the possibility of unbalanced diet.According to the existing domestic and foreign literature,people have little record of dietary behavior and energy balance in hockey.This study through to our country outstanding female hockey athletes,energy consumption and dietary intake of measurement data through the experiment found that athletes during the period of preparation for the problem of diet and training of the assessment of dietary energy balance status,adjust the intensity of training for athletes and coaches and more reasonable,specific dietary plan to provide data support,to help athletes improve competitive ability and performance,a more scientific direction of preparing for 2022 winter Olympic Games in Beijing.Research methods: based on the six our country outstanding female hockey athletes as the research object,by wearing Sensewe armband energy detector for athletes for a six-day measurement(except shower off),warm up before the race,special training,physical training,land preparation,ice on the training of energy consumption data,at the same time through food weighing method on-site weighing and record this six athlete meals of food(including snacks),calculate the athletes daily dietary intake of nutrition,the experimental data with SPSS software for statistical analysis.Research results:1.Our country outstanding female hockey athletes of high strength and moderate intensity training day total energy consumption has a significant difference(p < 0.05),and warm up link energy consumption is extremely significant difference(p < 0.01),land energy consumption of physical training has significant difference(p < 0.05),the ice train energy consumption has a significant difference(p < 0.05).2.The overall energy intake of China’s elite women’s ice hockey is in a balanced state,and the total energy intake of the athletes can meet the energy consumption of training;There was no significant difference in the intake of energy substances,vitamins and minerals in the three days of high-intensity training and medium-intensity training(p >.05).3.The intake of total energy,fat,protein,carbohydrate,vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 and calcium of Chinese elite women’s ice hockey players did not meet the recommended values of dietary nutrients and food intake for Chinese athletes.Conclusion: there are significant differences in the energy consumption of Chinese elite female ice hockey players in the warm-up preparation,physical training and ice training on high intensity and moderate intensity training days,but there are no significant differences in the energy consumption of physical training on land and ice training preparation.The overall energy intake of female ice hockey players is in a balanced state,and the total energy of athletes can meet the energy consumption of training.As can be seen from the dietary intake of women’s ice hockey players,there was no significant difference in the intake of various nutrients during the high-intensity and medium-intensity training,and the athletes did not adjust their dietary intake according to the daily training consumption.The total energy,fat,protein,carbohydrate,vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 and calcium intake of women’s hockey players did not meet the recommended dietary nutrients and food intake values for Chinese athletes. |
