Research On The Technique And Tactics Of China Women’s Sevens In The 2019 World Rugby 7s Series

Rugby is a highly professional sport,which has a wide influence all over the world.Under the training of relevant national departments,Chinese women’s Sevens Rugby has reached the top level in Asia,and has constantly narrowed the gap with the world’s top teams,making great achievements in world competitions.On November10,2019,China Women’s 7s won the Asian Rugby qualification of Tokyo Olympic Games and successfully entered the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Based on the technical and tactical level of the China Women’s 7s in the international arena,this paper analyzes the technical and tactical factors in the 2019 World Rugby 7s Series.This paper analyzes the physical and technical indexes and tactical structure of the China Women’s 7s and the six teams in the 2019 World Rugby 7s Series by means of literature,video analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and expert interviews.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Chinese women’s team has the breakthrough and the running ability outstanding member,suits the small fast spirit’s tactical play.(2)The success rate of the Chinese women’s team in the use of technology in the competition is lower than that of the foreign strong team,and the foreign strong team is obviously superior to the Chinese team in the time of controlling the ball,ruck,and the number of passing passes.(3)In the world women’s seven-person high-level arena,more ball control rate,increased threat to pass,reduce errors and fouls is the key to win.
