Study On The Application Effect Of Shanghai Women’s Volleyball Team

The Shanghai women’s volleyball team has won five consecutive championships in the league,especially in the 2019-2020 Chinese Women’s Volleyball Super League.In the process of its own continuous development and growth,the Shanghai team also provides a steady stream of outstanding talents for the country’s volleyball career.In order to more effectively improve the overall level of Shanghai team in the future training and competition,this article uses literature data,video observation,data statistics,logical analysis,comparative analysis method,in 2019-2020 China women’s volleyball super league Shanghai as the research object,the ball,pass ball,dunk,serve,blocking five technical and basic tactical analysis,reached the following conclusion:1,in terms of cushion technology,Shanghai team’s cushion technology application effect is at a medium level.There is no significant difference between the application effect of Shanghai team cushion technology and other teams,and Shanghai team’s receiving skills and defensive ability are weak.2,in the passing technology,Shanghai team’s passing technology application effect is in the middle level.There is no significant difference between the application effect of Shanghai passing technology and other teams,and the Shanghai passing level is not stable enough.3,in terms of dunk technology,Shanghai team’s dunk technology application effect is in the middle level.There is a significant difference between the application effect of Shanghai team dunk technology and the opponent.The Shanghai team main attack players are used to holding high when attacking,and the ability to respond on the spot is not enough,the dunk threat is not big,and the attack is relatively conservative.4,in terms of service technology,Shanghai team’s service technology is at a good level.There is no significant difference between the application effect of the Shanghai team service technology and the opponent,and the Shanghai women’s volleyball service is relatively stable.5,in terms of blocking technology,Shanghai team’s service technology application effect is in the middle and lower level.There are significant differences between the blocking application effect of Shanghai team and its opponents.The average blocking height of Shanghai team is low,and the prediction of the ball is not very accurate,the player during the block,the prediction ability is poor,and the blocking rhythm is not good.6,in terms of tactical,Shanghai team "one attack" and "defense","security attack" and "push attack" use effect is lower than the remaining three teams in the final four.The characteristics of each offensive tactics of Shanghai team are dominated by the combination of strong attack,fast attack and fast cover,dunk attack is not strong offensive ability,the effective attack and defense link is not strong,the defensive ability is weak compared with the last four teams,can not grasp the opportunity ball well.
