Objective: Tai Chi pusher defensive counter-attack is the concentrated embodiment of tai chi after the acting of human skills,but also tai chi pusher in the game to score an important way,however,there is relatively little empirical research on defensive counter-attack.The purpose of this study is to analyze the key biomechanics index in the defensive counter-attack by using the biological force method,to find out the technical characteristics that affect the defensive counter-attack,to explore the technical factors that affect the quality of defensive counter-attack,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the scientific nature of tai chi pusher training.Methods: The subjects of this experiment were 6 tai chi pushers,of whom 5 were as defenders and 1 as attackers,4 were national college students,1 runner-up and 1runner-up was runner-up.During the pusher test,the attacker struck with a doublepress,and the defender used the method to defend the counterattack.Using motion infrared motion high-speed motion capture system,Kistler 3D force monitor,Delsys Trigno 16 surface telemetry myoelectric means,collect tai chi pusher defender kinematics,dynamics,myoglobatology data.The correlation between the center of gravity movement,velocity and angle of upper and lower limb joints in the introduction stage and distribution stage is analyzed,and the lead slope of the vertical force of the attacker’s front foot is analyzed to evaluate the introduction and distribution effect of the defender.Using the independent sample T test method,the difference in muscle activation degree of the defender’s two-sided target was compared between the introduction phase and the release stage.The experimental subjects were 6 tai chi pusher defensive counter-attack lead phase,the defender’s center of gravity direction shift range and the attacker’s right foot vertical force peak rise slope is significantly positively correlated(r=0.630,p=-0.012);(r= 0.608,p=0.016);Defender’s torso rotation is significantly positively correlated with the attacker’s vertical force peak slope(r=0.596,p=0.019);the defender’s left shoulder flexor is significantly negatively correlated with the attacker’s right foot vertical force peak upward slope(r=-0.550,p=0.034);There is a significant negative correlation between the range of outreach in the defender’s left knee and the peak upward slope of the attacker’s right foot(r=-0.550,p=0.034);there is a significant positive correlation between the defender’s right foot-back-back-ground reaction force and the attacker’s right-foot vertical force peak upward slope(r=0.581,p=0.023);the right hip muscle activation in the induction phase is higher than the left hip muscle(p=0.019).(2)Tai Chi pusher defensive counter-attack release stage,the defender center of gravity left and right direction displacement and the attacker vertical force peak decline slope there is a significant negative correlation(r=-0.697,p=0.004);(r=-0.594,p=0.020);There is a significant correlation between the defender’s torso vertical axis rotation and the attacker’s vertical force peak decline slope(r=0.634,p=0.011);the defender’s left elbow flexor is significantly negatively correlated with the attacker’s vertical force peak decline slope(r=-0.593,p=0.020),there is a significant negative correlation between the intra-elbow spin amplitude and the attacker’s vertical force peak decline slope(r=-0.643,p=0.010);There is a significant negative correlation between the range of spin inside the right knee of the defender and the vertical force peak drop slope of the attacker(r=-0.539,p=0.038);There is a significant negative correlation between the flexe range of the left knee and the aggressive vertical force peak slope(r=-0.514,p=0.050),and there is a significant negative correlation between the inner spin amplitude of the left hip and the vertical force peak drop slope of the attacker(r=-0.768,p=0.001)The defender’s right foot back-to-back ground reaction force and the attacker’s vertical force peak slope are significantly positively correlated(r=0.623,p=0.013);the outside head of the right fibula muscle in the release stage is higher than the left side(p=0.003)and the left hip muscle activation is higher than the right side(p=0002).The conclusion of the study:(1)Tai Chi pusher defensive counter-attack,the use of the method to deal with the front of the hands press the attack,the introduction stage defender increases the right leg back force,improves the stability of the left leg support,increases the body to the left body range,and the body moves backward range and speed,while reducing the left upper arm flexe range,more conducive to resolving the offensive force,Break the balance of the other person’s body.(2)Tai Chi pusher defensive counter-attack,the use of the method to deal with the two hands before pressing the attack,the release stage defender increases the body to the right body,improve the right leg back force and the left leg support stability,while reducing the body left and right movement and left elbow movement range,is conducive to showing better distribution effect.
