Study On The Movement And Movement Arrangment Of Collective Flower Ball Cheerleading

In this article,the collective flower ball cheerleading optional movements and team layout are used as the research content.The 2018 national cheerleading championship team collective flower ball cheerleading is selected to open the youth group A,B,C,D,the youth group A,B,The first group of the large and small groups of the teams in Group C is named as the research object.The video of the game of the complete set of 12 teams of the national cheerleading championship youth team and the open juvenile group in the 2018 team’s self-selected set of action is used as the analysis material.Using the method of literature and expert interview,we collect the relevant literature and theoretical knowledge of this paper,and organize and summarize it as the theoretical basis.Through the video analysis method and questionnaire method,the action structure(i.e.basic hand position,difficulty action,transition and connection action)and the arrangement of formation transformation are analyzed.Finally,through the statistical analysis of the basic hand position,motion transition,motion difficulty,formation transformation and other aspects of the data in the video,the following conclusions are drawn:1.There are 12 teams in the youth group and open youth group of the National Cheerleading Championship in 2018.The use of the set of action flower balls selected by the team is gender independent,and the use rate of flower balls reaches 100% according to the requirements of the rules.2.The arrangement of collective flower ball movement includes four aspects: basic hand position,difficulty movement,transition and connection movement,lifting and coordination.(1)Among the 36 basic hand positions,12 teams use the most "V" class,followed by "L" class,"T" class and refuelling class,which are also frequently used.Although the basic movements of R class are rarely used in the team,coaches also present the combination of R class and difficult movements.(2)The difficulty actions include turning,balance and flexibility,jumping and rolling,and are arranged according to the completed difficulty actions with quality.All 12 teams chose these four types of difficulty,and the average number of difficult actions selected by each team is 21;in the selection of difficult actions,turn and jump are the main body,all 12 teams chose Allah C bar,and jump is the main body.The characteristics of 12 teams in difficulty type selection and quantity are tumble type,twist type,flexibility and balance type,jump type.(3)The teams of transition and connection mostly use the action of flower ball and step to complete.Jumping and ground movements have higher requirements for athletes competitive level.(4)The lifting and cooperation are part of the complexity of the action to increase the difficulty of the ball cheerleading.It is clear that the new rules require that 10 of the 12 teams choose the lifting,and two team that does not choose the lifting should make up from the cooperation.3.The arrangement of the collective flower ball formation is rich,the pattern is novel and clear,and the visual effect is shocking(1)The total number of effective formations of 12 teams in formation arrangement is about 16 on average,and there is little difference among each team in fixed formation,repeated formation and mobile formation.There are many repeated formation and less mobile formation problems.(2)The formation pattern of 12 teams is novel.The main formation is concentrated formation and symmetrical formation,among which symmetrical formation appears the most frequently in the 12 teams,and symmetrical pattern is mainly triangle,square,octagon,straight line,X-shaped diagonal,double V,V-shaped,etc.The second is circle,parallelogram,hexagon,trapezoid and other concentrated types.The use of asymmetric type in formation arrangement is relatively low.4.Improve the collective flower ball la-ball action and team arrangement innovation.(1)The arrangement of flower ball action should strengthen the originality and style characteristics;(2)The formation arrangement should reflect the multi-level and all-round characteristics.
