Research On Group Flower Ball Cheerleading Technique And Movement Based On Rule Change

Cheerleading sports has developed for more than 100 years,with its unique performance methods quickly attract people’s attention,in 2001 into our country and under the national popularity of rapid development,before 2013,domestic and foreign cheerleading competition rules inconsistent,greatly restrict our country’s achievements in international events,after a long period of study and study,Pu’er College as the representative of the all-men’s team in the World Championships achieved excellent results,is a major breakthrough in China’s cheerleading.Based on the perspective of cheerleading competition rules,this study discusses the development trend of the number and types of collective flower ball technical skills,analyzes the weight relationship of various technical skills in the set,and finds out the shortcomings and reasons in the development of cheerleading in China,in order to provide a reference basis for Chinese coaches to arrange novel technical skills and movements,and narrow the gap with international strong teams.From the perspective of rules,this paper takes the top three technical skills and movements of the collective flower ball competition of the three World Cheerleading Championships in 2019,2021 and 2022 as the main research object,and uses a variety of research methods such as literature method,expert interview method and video analysis method to analyze the development of technical skills and movements in the collective flower ball set of the three World Championships,summarize the types,find out the law of their development,and explore a development path applicable to our country.For the future,we will point out the direction of development in the selection of technical skills and movements,so as to achieve greater achievements in international competitions.Research Conclusions:(1)The continuous change of the old and new rules stimulates the innovation of technical skills and movements,and the new rules emphasize the quality of completed movements,not dominated by the grading of the old rules,effectively opening up the creative space of coaches.(2)The scoring criteria of the new rules are based on the quality of the completion of the action,focusing on the artistry and teamwork of the action,emphasizing the set of themes,spatial hierarchy and fluidity;The general provisions stipulate that the package time will be shortened,the local language and elements will be integrated,and the safety of the team members will be valued;The detailed rules require action specifications for technical skills,add actions that were not allowed in the old rules,and emphasize the complexity of movements..(3)The development trend of the three World Championships flower ball cheerleading technical skills and movements was analyzed: the number of uses was from more to less turning,jumping,balance and flexibility,tumbling,lifting and cooperating.The transformation class is more to composite transformation;The jumping class developed into the mobile turning class;Reduced use of balance and flexibility;The tumbling action changed from a side-handed flip to a sideflip,but it was still dominated by a side-flip;Lifting and matching movements evolved into modeling actions with imagery and plot.(4)Analyze the shortcomings and reasons in the development of cheerleading in China: China’s cheerleading development time is short,athlete training cycle is small,coaches do not keep up with the changes of the times,concepts have not been updated in time,the vision is not broad enough,there are various problems in the arrangement of technical skills and movements,mainly realized as non-standard technical skills and movement techniques,lack of physical fitness of athletes,resulting in the inability to complete the combination of difficult technical skills,and the complete set of arrangements is not novel and creative enough.
