Teaching Design Of High School Physics Unit Based On Excel

In order to respond to the call for national education modernization and develop the concept of"more emphasis on integrated development",based on the current situation that high school students tend to "choose liberal arts and avoid science" because of difficulties in physics,to make teaching design and select suitable teaching tools according to different teaching contents are the key of modern educational technology.This study introduces Excel into the unit teaching design of The Study of Uniform Linear Motion with Variable Speed in high school physics,required course Ⅰ.First of all,through the literature review,we understand the domestic and foreign research status of the generation,function and combination of physics with Excel.Using classroom observation method,interview method and experimental method,we understand the current basic situation of high school physics teachers using Excel and the advantages of using Excel,and make sure the feasibility of this study.Secondly,we clarify the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of this study.Once again,to clarify the modeling process and method of Excel,and to select "The Study of Uniform Linear Motion with Variable Speed" as an example for the unit teaching design based on Excel.Finally,we carry out the teaching practice of the Relation between Uniformly Variable Linear Motion Displacement and Time and Free Falling Motion in this unit.The systematic teaching design of Excel and traditional physics teaching are carries out in the experimental class and the control class,respectively.Then we evaluate the teaching practice results and draw conclusions.Firstly,it is necessary to use Excel software to systematically design the physical unit.Secondly,"Teaching method+Excel"teaching mode is more suitable for physics classroom.Thirdly,Excel’s fast and accurate processing of experimental data meets the requirements of physics teaching.This study also sorted out the methods and skills of using Excel modeling for first-line high school teachers.
