The promulgation of the new curriculum standards marks the comprehensive entry of China's basic education into a new era guided by core literacy,and the implementation of core literacy in physics subjects has become the current imperative of physics teaching.The existing research shows that unit teaching design is an effective way to implement the core quality of students' development.Based on this understanding,the following work has been carried out.Firstly,a literature study on core literacy and unit-based instructional design in physics was conducted to gain a clearer understanding of their connotations.Secondly,in order to study the unit-based teaching design that can effectively develop students' core literacy in physics,a framework of unit-based teaching design based on core literacy in physics was constructed based on the existing research,and an example of unit-based teaching design for high school physics was developed for the part of "Newton's laws of motion".Thirdly,based on the above theoretical research,the practice of this example in the practice process to detect the role of unit teaching design in the development of core literacy of students.After the teaching practice,according to the information communication model,the results of students' pre-tests and post-tests were quantified and analyzed using Excel and MATLAB software.The results show that the unit-based instructional design does develop students' core literacy in physics.Eventually based on the results,the unit-based instructional design example is reflected and improved in the light of the problems that arise during practice.In summary,the unit teaching design based on physics core literacy has a certain role in promoting the development of students' physics core literacy.This study is expected to provide some reference for front-line teachers in developing and evaluating unit-based instructional designs for high school physics.
