| Job burnout makes people lose their enthusiasm for work.Preschool teachers’ burnout will not only affect their physical and mental health,but also affect children in the early stage of socialization.This paper takes preschool teachers who work in kindergartens as a research object.The main method is qualitative research.Through in-depth interview and participant observation,and supplemented with questionnaire survey,this author make an all-round investigate and research on the group characteristics and daily work of preschool teachers.Feel the fatigue and stress of daily work from their point of view.This paper is different from the existing research on job burnout.I chose to view it from the perspective of the labor process to explore the characteristics of preschool teachers’ labor process: the labor process is tedious,the work detailed rules and the quantification management examines the restraint,low income and physical and mental fatigue.In the process of labor,preschool teachers provide a lot of emotional labor for young children,such as "love" and "care".The mismatch between emotional devotion and reward,to a certain extent,resulting in preschool teachers’ emotional alienation from work and low sense of personal accomplishment,long-term mental fatigue,make their physical and mental health damaged,such as frequent nightmares,etc.Faced with the problem of job burnout,preschool teachers often adopt the strategy is the front and back stage inconsistent “performance”,and may choose to resign finally.First of all,this paper analyzes the relationship between the daily work and emotional giving of preschool teachers and their job burnout.The main causes of preschool teachers’ job burnout are emotional commoditization,the mutual involvement of working time and personal time,the emotional exhaustion of "virtual family members" and the control of working body in female preschool teachers and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward the possible ways of social work intervention based on the theory of social support.In order to intervene and alleviate preschool teachers’ job burnout,maintain their physical and mental health,affirm their labor value,and increase the social concern and understanding of preschool teachers,to provide feasible methods and paths.Finally,reflect on the limitations of this paper. |
