Teachers occupation burnout is a common disease of occupation and social phenomenon,teachers occupation burnout and ongoing physical and mental health and teaching ability of teachers will influence and affect the personal performance and teaching achievements.Research shows that occupation burnout will affect teachers' emotional labor,general self-efficacy will affect the occupation burnout,but there are not any research results about the relationship among occupation burnout and emotional labor and general self efficiency,this is a question worth exploring.The research method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey is used to analyze the relationship among preschool teachers' emotional labor,general self-efficacy and occupation burnout,explore the occupation burnout and general self-efficacy mechanism of emotional labor,provide a theoretical basis for reducing preschool teachers in the daily work of emotional labor.In this paper,320 kindergarten teachers in Anyuan area of Nanchang City,Jiangxi province and Pingxiang city issued the emotional labor scale,self-efficacy scale and Occupation Burnout Questionnaire,292 valid questionnaires,using SPSS software for data processing,using F test method,regression analysis method,test method,Pearson Wen Zhonglin intermediate test method of objective description and analysis of the data,draw the following conclusions:(1)in the survey preschool teachers' self-efficacy in the middle and lower level,occupation burnout emotional exhaustion,occupation burnout cynicism and occupation burnout low sense of achievement at the middle level,the overall low degree of occupation burnout;emotional labor surface and deep acting for the overall in the middle level;(2)preschool teachers' general self-efficacy,job burnout and emotional labor have significant differences in demographic variables such as age,marital status,educational background,seniority,child care and administrative duty;(3)there is a correlation between preschool teachers' general self-efficacy,job burnout and emotional labor;(4)preschool teachers' job burnout,low sense of achievement and general self-efficacy as independent variables can predict emotional labor,surface behavior and deep behavior.At the same time,general self-efficacy has no mediating effect between job burnout,achievement and surface behavior,and general self-efficacy has some mediating effect between job burnout,low achievement and deep behavior.(5)the research shows that by improving the general self-efficacy of preschool teachers,emotional labor of preschool teachers can be effectively improved.
