A Study On Tao Xingzhi’s Labor Education Thoughts

People’s educator Tao Xingzhi has made tremendous contributions to China’s educational undertakings,and his labor education ideas are an important part of all his education ideas.In view of the current insufficient status of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thoughts,this article focuses on the research of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thoughts,discusses the basic viewpoints of his labor education thoughts,and analyzes the Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thoughts based on the current educational practice Inspiration.After a brief overview of the topic selection background,research significance,and current research status at home and abroad,the paper first examines Tao Xingzhi’s personal life background and social background formed by labor education ideas,and points out that he came from a poor family,received Chinese and Western education,and studied Columbia It is of great significance to the formation of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought.Modern Chinese economic,political and cultural backgrounds and the pragmatism popular at that time have a profound influence on the formation of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought.The thesis focuses on the three key periods of Tao Xingzhi’s education practice in Xiaozhuang Normal School,Shanhai Engineering College and Yucai School,and analyzes the discussion and practice of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education in different stages.Initially formed;during the period of Shanhai Engineering College,Tao Xingzhi’s labor education further developed;during the period of Yucai school,Tao Xingzhi’s labor education became mature.The thesis focuses on the core categories of labor education purposes,methods,methods,etc.,analyzes Tao Xingzhi’s overview of labor education,and organically connects his important expositions such as "work on labor" and "integration of teaching",and then discusses the people’s nature and practicality.,Creativity and other ideological features.Finally,the thesis discusses the contemporary revelation of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education ideas,which is mainly to develop comprehensive labor education courses,expand labor education implementation channels,and improve the scientific and technological content of labor education.
