Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Sports Abuse Management On Sports Performance

Contradictions between coaches and athletes have emerged one after another in the history of sports.In his early years,famous athlete Wang Junxia once disclosed that coach Ma Junren had set team rules "no long hair,no reading,no love,no communication between players".In the heyday of Ma Jiajun,athletes could lose their sports opportunities if the coach said one word.Wang Junxia also recalled that the coach used to say most often,"You brats,nothing without me.You are just a bunch of donkeys and animals.Don’t be human." Coincidentally,a few years ago,coach Sun Yang,a famous swimmer,coached Zhu Zhigen.Because of the conflict between Sun Yang’s love affair and Sun Yang’s outbreak,the ups and downs between master and apprentice,like a TV series,once again pushed the relationship between athletes and coaches to the forefront.The contradiction between athletes and coaches has repeatedly appeared in various reports.Many athletes went on strike because they were not satisfied with the coach’s arrangement.Coaches hid their players because they were not satisfied with the athletes’ performance.There are countless similar events,one by one in China’s sports arena has long been not a new event;However,with the deepening of modern scholars’ management of sports,we have to think about whether good sports performance should more closely follow the psychological laws of human beings.The laws of thought can give full play to athletes’ enthusiasm and creativity by scientific means through respecting athletes,encouraging athletes,improving the relationship between coaches and athletes,and thus improve athletes’ sports performance.Based on the different national conditions and systems,China’s competitive sports have a higher role and status as coaches than other western countries.In sports teams,coaches are the managers and leaders of sports teams and have the command and decision-making power over athletes.In the past,the research on coaches’ unfair treatment of athletes mostly stayed at the level of education.But in fact,in a certain sense,the relationship between coaches and athletes is not a simple teacher-student relationship.As a special professional group and coaches,athletes also have a working relationship to cooperate in achieving their goals.To a certain extent,coaches can also be said to play the role of superior leaders of athletes;Some scholars believes that the relationship between coaches and athletes is the embodiment of the relationship between people,people and the realization of goals,so coach behavior can also be considered as leadership behavior.However,after combing the existing domestic and foreign literature,we can find that previous studies have paid more attention to the impact of abuse management on work performance of ordinary employees.However,the relationship between abuse management and sports performance for this special group of competitive athletes is still a blank stage and needs to be explored and supplemented by scholars.Some scholars have studied the influencing factors of sports performance from the perspective of physical training,but have not analyzed the influence on sports performance from the perspective of abuse management.In order to fill this gap,this study explores the relationship mechanism between abuse management and sports performance.Based on the theory of abuse management,this study constructs a mediation model to explore the impact mechanism of abuse management on athletic performance.Firstly,the existing researches on the main variables of abuse management,negative emotions,sports performance,organizational performance pressure and sports goal orientation are reviewed.Secondly,the hypothesis and research model of this study are put forward.Thirdly,the questionnaire data of the target group athletes were analyzed with statistical software SPSS23.0 and Amos24.0,and the research results were obtained.Finally,the results of this study are discussed,and theoretical and practical implications and prospects for future research are put forward.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between athletes’ abuse management and sports performance.(2)Peer abuse management is significantly negatively correlated with exercise performance(3)Negative emotions partially mediate between athletes’ abuse management and sports performance.(4)Negative emotions partially mediate between peer abuse management and sports performance.(5)Organizational performance pressure negatively regulates the relationship between athletes’ abusive management,negative emotions and sports performance.When organizational performance pressure is high,the impact of athletes’ abusive management and peer abuse on negative emotions is weaker,and vice versa.(6)Organizational performance pressure negatively regulates the relationship between peer abuse management,negative emotions and exercise performance.When organizational performance pressure is high,the impact of peer abuse management and peer abuse on negative emotions is weaker and vice versa.(7)Moreover,organizational performance pressure orientation negatively regulates the mediating effect of negative emotions between athletes’ abuse management,peer abuse management and sports performance.The stronger the organizational performance pressure is,the weaker the mediating relationship between negative emotions and athletes’ abuse management,peer abuse management and sports performance is,the stronger it is anyway.(8)The orientation of sports goals negatively regulates the relationship between negative emotions and sports performance.The higher the orientation of sports goals,the weaker the influence of negative emotions on sports performance,and the stronger the opposite.(9)Furthermore,the orientation of sports goals negatively regulates the mediating effect of negative emotions between athletes’ abuse management,peer abuse management and sports performance.The stronger the orientation of sports goals,the weaker the mediating relationship between negative emotions and athletes’ abuse management,peer abuse management and sports performance,the stronger it is anyway.
