Enterprises play an irreplaceable role in China's economic development.As the promoters of enterprise development,the negative influence of employees on the enterprise and society is increasing due to the lack of negative emotion management ability.How social workers help employees to improve the ability of negative emotional management has become one of the important issues of social work in enterprises.In the course of the professional practice,the author makes a thorough investigation of the emotional state of the employees in the M direct shop,and the negative emotional problems of the employees are not optimistic,and the staff's ability to manage the negative emotion and the cognition are very limited.The author first carried on the literature research about the "negative emotion management",and found that the research of the enterprise social work related to the negative emotion management of the enterprise employees is not in depth,the relevant scholars have not been unified,the practical experience is not mature,and the attention and development of the social workers are urgently needed;and secondly,The author puts forward the theory of ABC,the theory of social support,the negative emotional state and the emotion of the employees of the M.This paper makes a thorough analysis on the management ability,clarifies the types and characteristics of the emotional problems of M store employees,and deduces the existing problems of negative emotion management according to the causes of negative emotions: cognitive ability,emotional expression ability,and so on.The problems of emotion control ability,communication ability and emotion management ability in different environments are discussed.On the basis of these problems,the related needs of employees for negative emotion management are identified: improve the ability of emotion regulation and control,improve the ability of cognition,and on the basis of this,identify the related needs of employees for negative emotion management.Improve communication ability and indirect management ability under different environment;Finally,the employees who have some problems in negative emotion management can help themselves and help each other.Participating in self-help groups to achieve the goalof improving negative emotions and improving their ability to manage negative emotions,improve their ability to manage negative emotions through group interaction and group action,and solve the problems of negative emotion management of employees in enterprises.All-round involvement in staff negative emotions,comprehensive improvement of staff negative emotion management ability.The results show that it is a feasible and effective way to use group work to improve employees' negative emotion management ability,and it has obvious improvement effect on enterprise employees' emotion management ability.
