Research On Recruitment Information Of Jobs Related To Artificial Intelligence

With the rapid development of the Internet,online publishing of recruitment information has become the main way.This paper takes the position of AI algorithm engineer as an example to study the online recruitment information of this position in the whole country.The data of this paper is the recruitment information of the artificial intelligence position of 51 job.com.The structural data in the recruitment information is mainly descriptive analysis,so as to obtain the basic situation of the relevant positions in the industry.Then,the recruitment information of image processing,voice recognition and driverless position is analyzed and mined.Finally,the association analysis is carried out among different levels of recruitment data to mine the internal association among different levels.For the unstructured data of position information in recruitment information,the basic skills needed for the position can be obtained by building skill dictionary and setting skill evaluation indicators for analysis.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: AI related jobs are mainly distributed in the first tier cities such as Beijiing Shanghai Shenzhen Guangzhou;most jobs require bachelor degree,followed by graduate student;most enterprises require at least 1-3 years of work experience;the industry’s salary level is concentrated around 200000.For image processing,speech recognition,driverless three categories of job research found: different job categories,pay level distribution has significant differences.On the whole,the salary level of image processing is higher than that of speech recognition,and that of speech recognition is higher than that of driverless driving.There are also significant differences in work experience requirements for different positions.As a whole,speech recognition has the highest requirements for education,followed by image processing,and finally unmanned driving.Different positions also have significant differences in educational requirements.The highest requirement for education is image processing,followed by speech recognition,and finally unmanned driving.Different positions have different requirements for skills.Image processing requires more experience,programming ability and learning ability;speech recognition requires more skills related to experience,programming ability and communication ability;unmanned driving requires skills such as work experience,communication ability and team cooperation.
