| As my country’s social transformation and urbanization accelerate,the population has shifted on a large scale.In the process of mobility,the existence of identity self-stigma makes it difficult for the floating elderly to integrate into the new environment,and there are many problems such as lack of belonging and reduced happiness.Identity self-stigma refers to the behavior of older people who perceive the public’s prejudice against their identity and retreat after internalization.Studying the impact of community interpersonal interaction on the self-stigma of floating elderly people can not only enrich the content of social work of floating population,but also improve the mental health of floating elderly people and promote social harmony.Based on the literature analysis,using the survey data of the “National Dynamic Monitoring of Floating Population” in 2017,we examined the interpersonal interaction and identity self-stigma of 6,478 floating elderly,and analyzed the relationship between interpersonal interaction and identity self-stigma.Afterwards,the current status of the interpersonal interaction in the community of 114 elderly people was measured,and the relationship between the interpersonal interaction in the community and the identity selfstigma was further explored.In the end,8 floating elderly were interviewed to further corroborate the impact of their community interpersonal interaction on identity selfstigma.The main research conclusions are as follows:First,the community’s interpersonal interactions are divided into 18.61,39.58% of the floating elderly will be in contact with local people,and 37.02% of the floating elderly will rarely contact others.Second,the self-infamy of migrant seniors is divided into 23.59,and there are differences in age,gender,household registration and education status.Third,interpersonal interaction in the community of floating elderly is closely related to identity self-stigma and has a certain predictive effect on identity self-stigma.Fourth,the floating elderly mainly interact with others through community activities.There are still problems such as insufficient contact,unsatisfied needs,and lack of leaders.In response to the problems found,a social work intervention program was designed.The government should increase resources investment,the community should upgrade management methods,and the floating elderly should improve interpersonal communication skills. |
