| The value of life is a basic form of value and a necessary condition for the existence of individual values.Life values are an important part of values,which play a guiding role in individual behavior and development.Individual life activities cannot do without the pursuit of life values.Positive life values can not only improve the mental health level of college students,but also promote them to realize their own life values.Therefore,based on the questionnaire of life values,this study analyzes the characteristics of College Students’ life values and gives relevant suggestions,aiming to provide reference for college students’ mental health and value creation.First of all,based on the literature analysis,combined with the results of interviews and open-ended questionnaire content analysis,life values are initially divided into four dimensions,the preparation and modification of the initial questionnaire.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 10 universities in Guangxi.2181 valid questionnaires collected were randomly divided into two parts,one half(1090)were used for project analysis and exploratory factor analysis.After deleting the items that did not meet the measurement standards,a normal questionnaire of College Students’ life values was formed.The reliability and validity of the other half(1091)formal questionnaires were tested.Finally,all the questionnaires were analyzed to explore the overall characteristics of College Students’ life values and the differences in different demographic variables.The results are as follows:(1)College Students’ life values are a multi-dimensional structure of 9 factors,including the conditions of life value(mental health,psychological health,physical health),the goals of life value(social value,personal value),the methods of life value(aggressive,fantasy escape)and the evaluation of life value(positive evaluation,negative evaluation).(2)The self-designed questionnaire of College Students’ life values has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for measuring college students’ life values.(3)There are significant differences in the scores of life values among college students of different gender,grade,major,whether they are the only child,parent relationship and economic conditions. |
