The rapid development of network technology has made the Internet become one of the most important ways for people to disseminate information.In the Internet,people especially prefer to use social networks to disseminate information.Information has spread across the entire network,both in foreign social networks Twitter and domestic social networks Weibo.What causes information to spread quickly on social networks,making it a public topic that everyone knows? Compared with foreign countries,domestic social networks started late,and research on social networks is inadequate and incomplete,leading to a gap in research on information dissemination.However,the network data generated by the huge domestic Internet population provides sufficient condition for researching information dissemination.Domestic social network research is gradually increasing.This thesis will study the spreading mechanism of information on social networks from the perspective of network science and infectious disease models.This thesis collects domestic and foreign research literature and combines domestic realities to set Weibo social network as the research object of this article;through comparison of various mathematical models,the SIR model is selected as the basic model;based on Weibo Network attributes and user behavior habits,this article introduces a new node Z into the SIR model to build the SIRZ model;and propose several basic assumptions of the model,corresponding to four types of nodes: unknown S,spreader I,hesitant Z,and immune R.Then,the equations of various node conversions were proposed as the theoretical basis of the model.Based on this,a simulation algorithm was proposed to make the model more suitable for the actual situation of information spread in Weibo network.This thesis constructs a social network from the public Weibo data,and combines the social network with a simulation experiment of the SIRZ model to simulate the propagation process of information in the social network and analyze the influence of various parameters on information dissemination.Through the construction of Weibo social network and SIRZ model simulation experiments,this thesis obtains the following main conclusions: first,the Weibo social network meets the scale-free features and small world features;second,by combining the real Weibo social network with SIRZ model reveals its information dissemination mechanism: It is found that increasing the user’s forwarding rate within a certain range can increase the range of information dissemination and appropriately extend the message survival time.The immunity of the hesitant and the spreader will affect the spread of the message and the survival time of the message.The former has a greater impact on the spread of the message,while the latter has a greater impact on the message’s survival time.
