| The interviewer’s rating is influenced by many factors;the decision-making type is one of them.In practice,intuitive decision-making and analytical decision-making greatly influence the reliability and validity of the interviewer’s rating.When the interviewer rates the candidate during the interview process,their visual attention needs to be switched between the candidate,the reference material,and the rating dimension standard,this is a visual search process.In order to reveal the implicit psychology process of the interviewer’s rating under different decision-making type,this study is carried out in the following two parts.The first part takes the decision-making type as the research object,and uses the big data processing method to construct the interviewer’s visual search strategy classifier by using the unstructured data such as eye movement and so on.The second part deeply explores the influence mechanism of the interviewer’s decision-making type on the interviewer’s visual search performance,and further reveals the implicit psychological process of the interviewer’s decision-making from the perspective of psychological distance and memory.This study adopts 2(decision-making type: intuitive decision/analytic decision)× 2(probability distance: far/near)between subjects factor design,use the guidance and time pressure to operate the interviewer’s decision-making type.This study constructs a simulated interview for finding a travel escort,allowing participants to view the photo and listening to the audiotape of the target,Immediately follow the interview scoring form and make a decision on whether to hire.During this period,the interviewer’s visual attention process will be recorded by the eye tracker,After the eye movement experiment,the questionnaire measurement data of the subject will be collected,and the data will be processed by statistical methods such as T test and analysis of variance to verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)Compared with the intuitive decision-making type,the interviewers using analytical decision-making type have a larger fixation time ratio,fixation frequency ratio and pupil diameter for the evaluation reference materials.(2)Social distance regulates the relationship between decision-making type and the interviewer’s pupil diameter.(3)Decision-making type affects interviewer’s memory.Compared with intuitivedecision-making type,the interviewers using analytical decision-making type have more memory of candidates’ verbal information.(4)The interviewers’ memory positively influences the interviewers’ rating accuracy.(5)The examiner’s memory mediates the influence of the decision-making types on the interviewer’s rating accuracy.(6)The social distance affects the interviewer’s decision-making behavior.Specifically,the interviewer under near social distance is more inclined to choose the travel escort than the interviewer under far social distance. |
