| The contribution of the service sector to economic growth is rising, and human capital is flowing from traditional manufacturing to new services, especially knowledge-intensive services. The effective development and use of human capital can greatly improve the innovation performance of enterprises and help enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize human resource allocation and improve innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises for the development of the service industry and even the overall economy. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of human capital allocation and innovation performance of China’s intensive service enterprises, combs the theoretical basis, and summarizes that the distortion of human capital price caused by market segmentation leads to the deviation of human capital allocation from the optimal state and the formation of mismatch. However, different human capital allocation is affected by the production objectives of economic subjects in different types of markets, and their innovation performance is different, which has an impact on the innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises.Three hypotheses are proposed :(1)the distortion of human capital price leads to the misallocation of human capital, and the more serious the distortion of human capital price, the more serious the misallocation of human capital.(2)there is a negative relationship between human capital misallocation and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises, that is,the higher the degree of human capital misallocation, the greater the innovation performance loss of knowledge-intensive service enterprises.(3)heterogeneity exists in the impact of human capital mismatching on innovation performance of Chinese knowledge-intensive service enterprises.Based on the endogenous growth theory and human capital measurement framework, using 2007 and 2013 CHIP database is calculated between human capital industry configuration status in China, combined with China’s a-share listed companies from 2007 to 2015 data, using the multivariate linear regression analysis of human capital allocation to the influence of knowledge intensive services enterprise innovation performance, and the regression results for robustness test, the heterogeneity of again for further analysis.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, the main conclusions are as follows :(1)the mismatch of human capital exists among 19 industries in China, and the more serious the distortion of human capital price is,the more serious the mismatch of human capital is.(2)mismatching of human capital and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises has an obvious inhibitory effect.(3)in the eastern region, the mismatch of human capital has no significant effect on the innovation performance of enterprises, while in the central and western regions, the mismatch of human capital significantly reduces the innovation performance of enterprises.(4)except for the financial sector, the regression results of the other four knowledge-intensive service industries are consistent with the basic regression results, and there are industry differences in the impact of human capital mispairing on innovation performance of enterprises. On this basis, this paper puts forward three Suggestions: first, the government should improve the labor market, promote market-oriented reform, let human capital flow freely between different regions and different industries, and promote balanced development between industries and regions.Second,we should eliminate administrative monopoly interests, encourage human capital to be allocated to innovation, reduce innovation risks, and attract human capital to innovation activities.Third,we will continue to open the service sector wider to the outside world, relax restrictions on access to relevant industries, strengthen competition in these industries, and boost innovation. |
