Optimization Research On Financial Management Of Chinese "Double-First-class" T University Based On Government Accounting System

Chinese higher education has entered a new era of "double-first-class" construction recently.The construction and development of "double-first-class" universities are related to the construction and improvement of Chinese education system.This marks a new stage in the construction of world-class universities and firstclass disciplines in China.The improvement and development of financial management of "double-first-class" universities in theory and practice is not only an important economic guarantee for the construction of "double-first-class" universities,but also faces various challenges.The government accounting system has been formally implemented in China since 2019,and the "double-first-class" universities have made remarkable challenges on financial management accordingly.How to effectively promote the development of financial management of "double-first-class" universities under the government accounting system is a project worthy of careful study.T University is one of the first batch of "double first-class" universities in China.How to improve the financial management of "double first-class" universities under the government accounting system is an important research direction of financial management of T University as well as provides challenges and opportunities for its development.In this thesis,we studied the connotation and development of the government accounting system and the financial management of the "double-firstclass" universities in China by means of literature,questionnaire,empirical research and case analysis,respectively.We also analyzed the influence of the government accounting system on the financial management of the "double-first-class" universities through empirical research,studied the theoretical basis of the influence of financial management and government accounting system on "double-first-class" universities in China,and used case analysis to study the challenges of the financial management of T University under the government accounting system.The purpose of this work is to provide scientific optimization suggestions for the financial management of "doublefirst-class" T University to form a high-quality financial management system.
