Research On The Financial Informatization Construction Of TN Universities Under The Government Accounting System

In recent years,the wave of information technology has swept across all walks of life,and every industry has made remarkable progress with the use of it.Therefore,the accounting industry has been deeply affected.Besides,with the continuous development of higher education,the scale of colleges and universities is constantly expanding,and the difficulty of management is increasing,especially in the financial work.It is urgent to use advanced information technology to improve its work efficiency and management level.In addition,the government's increasing investment in colleges and universities has placed relatively strict requirements on their management level.The new government accounting system,which has been officially implemented on January 1,2019,will pose new challenges to the financial work of colleges and universities.Based on the current situation of financial informationization in colleges and universities in China,and through in-depth study of university informationization theory and the new government accounting system,this paper discusses possible ways of realizing the smooth transition of financial informationization under the new government accounting system,further promoting the financial management level of colleges and universities,and therefore draws enough attention to the application of information technology,provides necessary support to ultimately improve the management level of colleges and universities and promotes the continuous development of higher education.Colleges and universities have a non-profit nature,and do not pay enough attention to the application of advanced information technology and management efficiency.Therefore,they are less informative than enterprises and their level of management is relatively low.This paper analyzes related literatures and theories at home and abroad,combines actual cases in the process of analysis and research,and actively carries out comparative research and literature research.From the actual situation of TN financial informationization,this paper finds various problems and their causes,and give corresponding countermeasures.In the process of research,this paper fully combines the characteristics and requirements of the new government accounting system,takes the Shenzhou Haotian Financial Software as the research subject,and focuses on the connection and application of financial software under the new government accounting system,and provides a feasible implementation plan for the TN financial department to apply the new government accounting system.
