| Research purpose: The incidence rate of ankle injury is very high in daily life.It is very easy to develop ankle joint instability without timely rehabilitation.However,the cause of ankle instability is uncertain.Some studies have shown that functional ankle instability is not only to enhance ankle stability,but also to enhance the overall stability of the lower limbs.The stability of the lower extremities requires strengthening the muscles around the hip joint.Strength,in addition to hip abduction and hip extension muscle strength,also need to strengthen hip adductor muscle strength training.In this study,through the randomized controlled experiment,we can enhance the ankle stability training and increase the hip adductor muscle strength training.Through the data comparison,we can explore the influence of increasing the hip adductor muscle strength training on the balance ability of the functional ankle instability.Research methods: Through CAIT questionnaire and physical examination,18 subjects meeting the requirements of this experiment were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group was ankle stability training group,the experimental group increased the isometric muscle strength training of hip adductor in the rehabilitation training of the control group,and the two groups had four stages of rehabilitation training at the same time,three times in each stage.Before and after rehabilitation treatment,CAIT questionnaire,y balance of lower limbs,balance check of lower limbs and maximum isometric muscle strength of hip adductor were tested respectively.Independent sample t test and paired sample t test were carried out by spss24.0 to evaluate the significant differences between the two groups of rehabilitation training programs and analyze and discuss them.Research results:(1)After four stages of rehabilitation training,CAIT score,balance check score and balance grade score of YBT in the control group and experimental group were significantly higher than those before the test(P < 0.05);2)after four stages of rehabilitation training,hip adductor muscle strength in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P< 0.01);(3)after the four-stage rehabilitation training,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the CAIT score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the posteromedial and posterolateral y-balance;the balance check score,average rotation angular velocity and maximum rotation angular velocity were better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both rehabilitation training programs are conducive to the balance recovery of functional ankle instability;(2)The program of strengthening hip adductor muscle strength training and ankle joint stability training is more conducive to the recovery of balance ability. |
