| Education is a country,and education is a country.All of the world’s great powers today are educational powers.In their development process,they attach great importance to the development of education.Centennial plan,education-oriented;educational plan,teacher-oriented.As a reserve army of future teachers,the master of education,as an important part of the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,shoulders the mission of educational development.Research on the professional competence of masters of education is of great significance to the development of education in China,and it is also of great significance to the cultivation of masters of education in China.There are few studies on the professional competence of Master of Education in China,and the evaluation system of professional competence of Master of Education is not perfect.How to identify the factors that affect the professional competence of Master of Education,build a theoretical model of Master of Professional Competence of Education,and build a model based on SEM(Structural Equation Modeling)model for the evaluation of professional competence of masters of education has become one of the problems to be solved urgently in China’s education field.This research uses the structural equation model theory and competency theory,combined with the professional characteristics of masters of education,adhering to the principles of operability,systemicity,etc.,to initially construct a prototype framework of the evaluation index system for masters of professional competence in education;a comprehensive use of questionnaires,Delphi Law,etc.to build a professional competency evaluation index system,provide scientific evaluation models and technical tools for the professional competence of education masters,and provide rational recommendations for improving the professional competence of education masters.Specifically,the main work of this study is as follows:(1)Explain and analyze the basic concepts and theoretical basis of professional competence of Chinese education masters.Carry out the "KTRF" four-dimensional element analysis of the master’s degree of professional competence in education,from the four aspects of teacher knowledge(K),teacher teaching competence(T),teacher scientific competence(R),and teacher idiosyncrasy(F).Characteristics of the Professional Competence Elements of a Master of Education.(2)Construct the SEM-based evaluation model of professional competence of education masters.Put forward the overall framework of the master’s education professional competence evaluation system,analyze the transmission relationship between the master’s education professional competence elements,construct the master’s education professional competence model,conduct a preliminary selection of the master’s education professional competence elements,and extract the master’s education career Competency index system,and then use factor analysis method to select indicators,get the master’s education professional competence index,determine the variables based on the SEM education master’s professional competence model,build a complete structural equation evaluation model.(3)Empirical research based on SEM.Taking the Master of Education as the research object,a questionnaire survey and data analysis are carried out,and the structural equation model is used to test the hypothetical relationship between the elements of professional competence of the Master of Education.According to the data of empirical analysis,the countermeasures for optimizing the professional competence of education masters are proposed. |
