| With the further development of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,modern technology plays an increasingly important role in people’s work and study.Smart teaching emerges as The Times demand.With the development of technology,it gradually becomes a new teaching form.In the 13 th five-year plan for educational informatization and the action plan for educational informatization 2.0 and other documents issued by China,it is clearly pointed out that "Internet + education" should be actively promoted to build a networked,digital,smart,personalized and life-long education system,and how to carry out innovative and development actions for smart education.In the new wave of teaching reform,smart teaching is frequently mentioned,so it can be seen that smart teaching has become the inevitable choice of education development in the smart environment.Group learning advocates independent inquiry and cooperative communication,which is in line with the people-oriented concept in smart teaching.In the process of heated argument,learners learn to cooperate with others and develop team spirit.Driven by the common team goal,learners have clear division of labor and urge each other.The "learning pyramid" of the us national training laboratory proves that group teaching can fully mobilize learners to actively participate in learning,and the absorption rate of learning is up to 90%.It can be seen that group teaching not only enables learners to actively participate in learning,but also greatly improves learners’ ability of collaborative learning and their enthusiasm.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire survey method,observation method from home and abroad in the smart teaching of grouping teaching present situation and the actual effect of classroom teaching,found the domestic there are members in the smart teaching of group active participation is not high,low collaborative learning effectiveness,members of inerting phenomenon such as problems,these problems seriously affect the current smart teaching learning effect,need to be addressed.Based on the theory of group dynamics,this paper studies the construction and application of smart teaching grouping strategy.Based on the teaching practice,this study summarizes the current situation of group learning and smart teaching at home and abroad with the method of literature research,clarifies the current situation of group teaching and smart teaching at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the achievements of group teaching research and the existing problems and shortcomings.This paper introduces the concept of smart teaching and establishes the problems of this research.Then,on the basis of group dynamics theory,cooperative learning theory,social interdependence theory and humanistic learning theory,this paper analyzes the key elements of grouping,and gives full play to the advantages of smart teaching,so as to construct a grouping strategy of smart teaching supported by group dynamics theory.To test strategy application effect,using experimental approach to undergraduate students as experimental object,data collection,sorting,analysis,the results show that this research institute building grouping strategy can effectively promote learners’ classroom learning initiative participation,the effectiveness of collaborative learning,learners inerting phenomenon under this policy have also improved.At the same time,the interview method is used to discuss the grouping strategy with teachers and further improve the grouping strategy.It is hoped that this study can provide an effective theoretical guidance and practical reference for effective grouping in smart teaching and other teaching modes,so as to generally improve learners’ active participation in classroom learning and promote the improvement of learning quality in smart classroom. |
