Outdoor construction games are not only the spatial extension of regional games,but also the products of curriculum gamification.They play a huge educational role in children’s movements,intelligence,personality and sociality,as well as their sense of beauty and expression.the teacher’s guidance for large class children’s outdoor construction games is to improve the game level.Therefore,improving the teacher’s guidance ability and improving the teacher’s guidance strategy are conducive to giving full play to and realizing the value of large-scale children’s outdoor construction games.Based on the research results of outdoor construction games and teacher game guidance strategies at home and abroad,this study used interview method,questionnaire method and observation method to understand the teacher’s guidance,content.The current situation in four aspects including guidance methods and guidance effects is investigated.The main problems are: teachers ’lack of observance of teachers’ guidance and cognition;lack of changes in the material update of materials release;games in terms of time guarantee for games are often replaced;evaluation is more important to results,and single evaluation leads to neglecting multiple evaluations.The reasons for the dimensions of teacher education concepts include: self-righteous view of children,utilitarian education is based on the view of games,insufficient understanding of the age characteristics of children in large classes;reasons for the dimensions of teacher game organization ability include: teachers lack scientific observation methods,teachers construct knowledge Insufficient and generally weak teachers’ ability to guide games.To improve teachers ’professional literacy: first,to deeply understand the mental and physical development of children in large classes;second,to establish the correct structure;third,to strengthen the diversity of teachers’ guiding roles,and to establish a scientific outlook on teachers;fourth,to improve the ability to observe and analyze.To improve the skills of teachers in organizing outdoor construction games: first,establish the theme of construction games and stimulate construction interest;second,find suitable opportunities for intervention and master appropriate language skills;third,be good at finding the nearest development area and improve targeted Children’s construction skills;fourth,prompting the rules of the game,encourage children to solve problems on their own.Pay attention to the display and appreciation of children’s works,reflecting the diversity of evaluation: First,optimize the evaluation structure and focus on process evaluation;second,highlight the main position of children’s games,evaluate the diversity of the main body;third,use multiple intelligence theory to construct works Evaluation diversity.
