In university asset management and other related work,housing asset management is an important part of it.The quality and level of its management have a direct impact on the development level of teaching and scientific research,as well as the quality of talent training.With the development of the new era,colleges and universities are expanding their scale of running schools.At the same time,the quantity and quality of housing assets in colleges and universities have been greatly improved,and there is a growing trend of diversified development.In this new situation,it is very important to research and establish a scientific performance evaluation system of university housing asset management and improve the management level of university housing asset management.In the traditional theory of decision analysis,it is usually assumed that the indicators are independent from each other,and do not affect each other.However,in the practical problems,the indicators corresponding to the evaluation object are not completely independent,and these indicators are interdependent and in conflict with each other,and there are various forms of correlation.This correlation is particularly evident in the performance evaluation of housing asset management in colleges and universities.In view of this,this paper will make a scientific,reasonable and objective evaluation of the performance of university housing asset management from the perspective of performance evaluation,in order to put forward new management ideas for university asset management departments and provide a new management method for theoretical research on university housing asset management.Based on housing assets in institutions of higher education as the research object,this paper used the triangular fuzzy number,literature analysis,experts investigation,the DEMATEL method,multi-index comprehensive evaluation theory and method,the performance of housing property management at colleges and universities,building evaluation index system,the concept of empowerment evaluation indexes,evaluation model and promotion strategy study:first,from the basic concept of housing assets in institutions of higher education and the basic theory of performance management,expounds the connotation of the performance evaluation,and define the meaning of university housing asset management performance evaluation,and expounds the significance,Secondly,on the basis of literature review,from the cost control ability,risk coping ability,asset allocation efficiency,economic benefit and social benefit levels five aspects to design questionnaire,through the expert investigation method of questionnaire statistical analysis of data obtained from the information extracting university housing asset management performance evaluation index system of the composition of the indicators;Then,from the perspective of index correlation,based on the methods of triangle fuzzy number and DEMATEL,a performance evaluation method of university housing asset management considering the index correlation is proposed,and an evaluation model of university housing asset management performance evaluation is constructed.Finally,an example is applied to verify the scientificity of the evaluation model,and the corresponding promotion strategies and Suggestions are given according to the results of performance evaluation.
