Possessing public housing is an essential resource for running a school, as well as asignificant part of integrated resources in universities. How to manage and make gooduse of college public housing resources has become an issue that managementdepartments at all levels, college itself and the whole society concern about. Theuniversity public housing management in our country is commonly lack of scientificevaluation system. Researching and establishing a scientific evaluation of the universitypublic housing performance evaluation system, so that they can make a rationalallocation and effective use of public property in colleges and universities, and also hasfar-reaching significance for the administrative departments at all levels and universities.This thesis will combine the research present situation at home and abroad and theactual situation of a university J public housing management, to build up the indexsystem and theoretical model of university public housing management performanceevaluation. Meanwhile it can evaluate the instance of a university J, put forward a newmanagement mode, in order to play a role in promoting the level of performanceevaluation of the university public housing management.First of all, this thesis teases and reviews the related literature about theperformance evaluation of public housing in universities at home and abroad and theresearch achievements as well. This thesis expounds the relevant theoretical basis.According to the present situation of the domestic university public housingmanagement performance evaluation, the problem was proposed and analyzed. Next,according to the above theoretical basis and the existing evaluation methods, combinedwith the characteristic of the public housing, public housing performance evaluation index system of colleges and universities was established. At the same time, it selectsthe combination method of comprehensive combination of subjective values andcombination of objective values in order to determine index weight. In the process ofdata analysis, this thesis chose the triangular fuzzy number method and the entropyweight method, as well as using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the finalevaluation. Finally, it combines the theory of the established evaluation index systemand model, uses the data obtained from a case study of university J,to get the actualsituation of J’s public property management from analysis. As a result, we find theproblem, and put forward the related countermeasures and advice, as well as establish amanagement mode which is more scientific.The main contribution of this thesis is to build the public housing evaluation indexsystem of colleges and universities. Based on the case analysis to pass the evaluatingindex system in order to establish the evaluation model, and put forward theconstructive new mode of the university public housing management, which provides anew train of thought for the public property of performance management of collegesand universities.
