The current assessment of teachers’ professional title generally uses a combination of online information submission and offline submission of paper materials.There are many disadvantages to submitting paper materials or traditional online teacher title assessment systems.For example:the way to submit paper materials is limited by space,and paper files are not conducive to long-term preservation of data.The traditional teacher title assessment system scheme has problems such as difficulty in efficiently managing data,low assessing efficiency,and difficulty in ensuring the credibility of assessment results.The blockchain and IPFS have exactly the technical advantages to solve these problems.It is generally believed that blockchain has characteristics such as tamper resistance and historical traceability.IPFS provides efficient data access capabilities and enables secure,backup of data without taking up a lot of storage resources.This thesis investigates the assessment of teacher titles,researches on blockchain and IPFS,and combines the two to achieve a low-cost,no data backup,data history traceable,intelligent auditable,and secure teacher title evaluation system.Main work as follows:1.The blockchain,IPFS and its feasibility in the teacher title assessment scenario are studied.First,the work flow of teacher title assessment was investigated.In order to ensure the credibility of the teacher title assessment results,based on the natural tamper-resistant characteristics of the blockchain,it is proposed to build a teacher title assessment system to record the assessment results and the electronic title certificate on the blockchain.At the same time,in order to achieve long-term preservation of data and avoid tedious backup and management of data.Using IPFS to store the assessment materials that teachers need to submit and title certificates issued to teachers.This can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of data.2.The architecture of title assessment system based on blockchain is proposed,and the system function design is completed.Based on the three core problems current teacher title assessment system:data accessing,review efficiency,and credibility,a blockchain-based title assessment system model was designed.The system architecture is divided into three layers:data storage layer,application business layer,and user presentation layer.The data storage layer is composed of traditional databases,blockchain,and IPFS,providing different types data management capabilities.The application business layer is mainly divided into user registration module,file encryption module,intelligent auditing module,and smart contract module.These modules together provide business logic processing and data preprocessing capabilities for the system.The user presentation layer mainly provides different operation interfaces for the five types of roles:super administrator,administrator,teacher,auditorand reviewer.3.Implemented the above title assessment system based on blockchain,implemented and tested the functions of each system.The system implementation method was introduced through three dimensions of data storage,smart contract,and front-end implementation.The system service process was tested in all aspects from the perspective of functionality,security,and compatibility.The test results show that the system can meet the functional design requirements,and has high system security and multi-platform compatibility.Through careful analysis and research,the blockchain and IPFS have been successfully applied to teacher title assessment scenarios,and the shortcomings of traditional teacher title evaluation systems in data access,review efficiency,and credibility have been further overcomed.It further liberated the manpower of reviewers and injected intelligence into the assessment of teachers’ professional titles.
