Whether according to the articles published by the United Nations or based on China's census,all kinds of data have shown that China has entered an aging society,and whether from the growth rate or growth scale of the elderly,it shows that China has a huge demand for taking care for the elderly.The traditional elderly care information management platform which is designed for taking the elderly adopts the centralized management scheme.The information of the elderly is stored in the three-party institutions,which has the risk of being modified,deleted,stolen and leaked.In addition,due to the economic competition between many institutions,data barriers will be set,which leads to many difficulties for the elderly in changing institutions.Therefore,based on the above pain points,this paper proposes a information management platform which is designed for the elderly based on blockchain technology,and on this basis,uses the public key encryption algorithm to encrypt the relevant privacy data of the elderly,so as to solve the problems of data barriers and data privacy leakage.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the knowledge of blockchain and cryptography.Secondly,combined with the common problems faced by the elderly care information management platform on the market,it gives the relevant demand analysis and improvement.After that,combined with the related needs improvement,the overall system scheme is designed,and each module is described in detail.Finally,Java language is used as the main development language to complete the development of elderly care information management platform based on blockchain technology.The elderly care information management platform based on blockchain technology in this paper adopts B/S architecture,uses spring boot and other related technologies to develop the front-end interface,and uses hyperledger fabric framework as the background network system,and uses go language to write smart contracts.In order to solve the problem of privacy data leakage caused by the traditional elderly care information management platform,the system integrates the SM2 algorithm(Elliptic Curve Public Key Cryptography Standard)to solve the problem of user privacy data security.In addition,institutions also need to know some information to provide corresponding services for the elderly.Therefore,we divide the user's data into private data and general data,and use the SM4 algorithm(block cipher standard)to encrypt the general data.Finally,we hope that we can use the combination of blockchain technology and national secret encryption technology to bring new ideas for the design of China's elderly care information management platform,and solve the problems of the dislocation of the elderly information management rights and data privacy protection.
