Gymnastics administrative center of the state sport general administration since 2011 the implementation to the lead of the reform of Acrobatic Gymnastics project competition,focus on driving Acrobatic Gymnastics project into the campus and the club has achieved unprecedented success: Acrobatic Gymnastics project has been in our country more than20 provinces,kindergartens,schools,clubs and vigorous in project association,a surge in the number of people attending national Acrobatic Gymnastics competition each year.In order to further promote the popularization and development of China’s Acrobatic Gymnastics projects to the depth of the work,effectively solve the problem of "what to teach" in the promotion of Acrobatic Gymnastics projects around the country? "How?" In2017,Gymnastics Sports Management Center of General Administration of Sport of China set up an expert group to create and compile the training outline for Chinese Youth Acrobatic Gymnastics.After nearly two years of 10 drafts,the creation and compilation of the the training outline for Chinese Youth Acrobatic Gymnastics was completed at the end of 2018 and began to be put into practice nationwide.In order to clearly understand the training outline for Chinese Youth Acrobatic Gymnastics(hereinafter referred to as "outline")under the actual situation in the process of trial and the actual effect,the state general administration of sports gymnastics administrative center decided to two years the situation of the implementation of the outline a comprehensive in-depth research and summarized,so as to the accurate grasp the Acrobatic Gymnastics of coaches and school physical education teachers and use the curriculum provides the basis.Based on this,the topic of this paper has practical theoretical significance and practical application value.This paper uses literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to reach the following conclusions:1.As the first guidance document for developing Acrobatic Gymnastics projects in colleges,middle schools,kindergartens and clubs in China,the training outline for Chinese Youth Acrobatic Gymnastics provides a usable,practical and effective teaching and training basis for the general physical education teachers and coaches to promote and develop Acrobatic Gymnastics.2.Since 2018,the gymnastics management center of the State Administration of sports has mainly adopted the following five ways to promote the Outline: first,through linking the outline with the national Acrobatic Gymnastics competition rules,it can help to create and prepare the pre competition training plan for the complete set of actions in the competition;Second,through promoting the outline to enter the campus activities,it provides guidance for the school-based teaching materials for the school to carry out the Acrobatic Gymnastics project;Third,the outline is regarded as the core content of national training for coaches and referees,which lays a foundation for the accurate understanding of the outline;Fourth,by taking the outline as the basis for preparing for the national Acrobatic Gymnastics winter(summer)camp teaching teachers,it not only helps the students who are at the beginning to understand and familiarize themselves with the Acrobatic Gymnastics and sports,but also provides a platform for students,athletes,teachers and coaches with certain foundation to improve their studies.Fifth,the teaching method guidance of Chinese youth skill teaching and training syllabus was prepared timely,which provided the supporting guide for the further promotion of the outline.3.The main effects of the implementation of the syllabus are as follows: first,after using the syllabus,the number of participants increases year by year,the number of students and amateur athletes increases,and more than 100 teams directly participate in the national Acrobatic Gymnastics competition;Second,after the draft of the syllabus,the schools that carry out the Acrobatic Gymnastics program begin to take the syllabus as the basis of Acrobatic Gymnastics teaching,and make the training plan suitable for the school according to the school’s own situation;Thirdly,the training instructors of national coaches and referees refer to the contents of the syllabus comprehensively and take it as the basis for lesson preparation.Since 2018,1044 people have participated in the training of the syllabus;Fourth,the teaching plan of the national winter(summer)training camp is constantly improved and unified according to the outline;Fifthly,the users of the syllabus can organically link the syllabus with the instruction book,which plays a vital role in guiding teaching.From the survey results of the actual situation of teachers and coaches using the syllabus,teachers are very satisfied with the syllabus,which is reflected in the following aspects: the cognition of the syllabus is relatively accurate,most teachers and coaches have taken the syllabus as the main basis for training,teaching and competition guidance,think that its content is moderately difficult,and think that the syllabus is helpful for athletes to participate in the competition Physical fitness training,special technical training,dance training and other aspects of great help and improvement,students’ Acrobatic Gymnastics level has been greatly improved.
