Comparative Analysis Of Gymnastics Training System And Operation Mechanism Of Teenagers In Three Places Of Shandong,Jiangsu And Liaoning

As a traditional Chinese sport,gymnastics leads the trend of world gymnastics development and transformation.In the past twenty or thirty years,Chinese gymnastics has made brilliant achievements.Shandong,Jiangsu and Liaoning are the three largest economic sports provinces in China,and occupy the top three of the National Games in several consecutive games.In the provinces of Liaoning province gymnastics movement,through the reform,gradually withdrew the district level sports school,direct selection and training by professional team;Jiangsu province amateur sports schools rely on transportation selection,and professional training;in addition to the Shandong province amateur training,focus on the development of happy gymnastics.Throughout the gymnastics reform system,the result of three gymnastic gymnastics operation mechanism has gradually lost the competitive advantage of Liaoning province.Jiangsu province still has strong momentum of development.The development of Shandong youth gymnastics has a warmer trend.Therefore,taking the gymnastics training system and operation mechanism of Shandong,Jiangsu and Liaoning as the main object of study,we draw a better gymnastics training mode by comparing the gymnastics reform system of three provinces,so as to provide reference for gymnastics training in other areas.Specifically,in this paper,a questionnaire survey is used to compare the results of gymnastics competition between Shandong Province,Jiangsu province and Liaoning province in 2013-2016 years.It is concluded that there are great differences between gymnastics competition under different gymnastics training system and operation mechanism.By using the empirical analysis method,the operation mechanism of Jiangsu's management and training is compared with that of Shandong and Liaoning.Accordingly,other provinces,competitive gymnastic institutions or training institutions in China can refer to Liaoning youth gymnastics training system and operation mechanism,so as to optimize gymnastics training mode and improve the overall level of youth gymnastics.
