With the rapid development of social economy,the pace of social transformation has accelerated,social contradictions have intensified,and the corresponding criminal acts have also increased.Minor children of prisoners are a special group derived from these processes.Studies have shown that compared with other normal children,minor children of prisoners have more prominent psychological and behavioral problems,including criminal behavior.At the same time,studies have shown that the current society is not paying enough attention to this group,which leads to a considerable number of children’s psychological and behavioral problems that are difficult to solve.The family is an important place for children to socialize.The quality of family relationships is crucial to the growth of a child.For minor children of prisoners living in foster families,it is better to handle the relationship with the foster family.It is particularly important to integrate into a foster family,helping them create a good family environment,which is not only conducive to their individual physical and mental development,but also conducive to social harmony.The author aims to help minors in prison to integrate into foster families.Based on Satya ’ s family therapy theory and superior perspective theory,the author uses interview and observation methods to analyze the client’s problems and needs,and help the client solve the process of integration.Problems existing in the client’s own and family.Specifically,the intervention process is mainly divided into three stages:the first stage is the initial establishment of a relationship,through interviews with the client and his foster parents to achieve a preliminary understanding of each other’s ideas;the second stage is the transformation period,through comprehensive application Satya-related therapies achieve the purpose of rebuilding the family and helping the client to integrate.The specific activities at this stage are arranged as follows: firstly,to correct the client’s foster family guardian concept;secondly,use the iceberg theory and superior perspective methods to conduct individual interviews with the client,To help clients understand their own problems and needs,and on this basis,help clients build self-confidence,fully understand themselves,and then solve some psychological and behavioral problems;then use the method of family construction to conduct family talks,clarify each other ’ s expectations,and help everyone Initially open the heart;once again focus on solving the communication problems between the client and his foster family,recognize the problems in the communication mode,learn new communication modes,and then change the bad family rules into the family guide;the third stage is the practice period,mainly Consolidate new communication modes and family rules through the use of "weather reports".In the end,through the intervention of Satya’s case work,the problem of the client’s difficulty in integrating into the foster family was solved,a harmonious family atmosphere was created,and the harmony of the family was promoted.At the end of the article,I reflect on the importance of foster family therapy,the advantages and disadvantages of Satya family therapy,and improve the internal environment of foster families,optimize social work intervention paths,and create a comprehensive social support system.Three aspects provide suggestions to help the healthy growth of minor children of prisoners.
