A Case Study Of Satya Family Therapy Model To Alleviate The Psychological Dilemma Of The "Eldest Child" In A Second-Child Family

Nowadays,with the implementation of the two child policy and the change of people's birth and maintenance ideas,the number of two child families is rising sharply.Among the many family crises,there is less emphasis on the psychological dilemma.More parents began to reflect on whether there was a problem in education,and also let more second child families pay attention to the application of family therapy on the psychological concerns of their long children.People pay attention to the Satya family therapy model.The similarities with Chinese culture make this model develop continuously in combination with localization,and provide a faster and more effective way to help others than in the past,so as to solve the impact of negative experiences in the past family,Through the professional communication method of treatment mode,we can help family members reestablish family rules and solve the problems of parent-child relationship.This paper mainly adopts the method of case study,taking Ms.L's family as an example,through the early collection and analysis of the data of Ms.L and her family members,finds that as the eldest child of the family,she is experiencing psychological difficulties,explores the causes of the psychological difficulties of the service object,and starts from the family relationship to find the influencing factors and causes of the psychological difficulties of the client,Application of Satya family therapy model for intervention.In the case intervention,we should express the real feelings of the case owner and find the deeper needs behind the case owner's behavior;we should use the Satya family communication posture scale and dialogue to show the communication posture,assist the case owner and his parents to explore the causes of the case owner's psychological dilemma,analyze the bad communication ways of the family,and finally use the family sculpture to help the case owner's family rebuild a good communication mode,To ease and gradually ease family conflicts;to solve the psychological dilemma of the client,and put forward the solution path and the advantages and challenges of Satya model intervention.From the perspective of social work,this paper uses the Satya family therapy model to study the psychological dilemma of the second eldest child in the family.The case social work method is combined with the Satya family therapy mode to help the service object to solve the specific problems of psychological dilemma.The localization method of Satya family therapy mode is also tried to find practical and effective solutions for more common family problems,and help the negative impact of various family crises.It enriches the research field of Satya family therapy model,has certain practical and theoretical value,and is also an innovation in the research perspective.The conclusion of this study is that Satya family therapy can help the clients to improve their psychological difficulties.From their own internal resources and strength,the bad communication mode between family members is gradually changing,which is more conducive to the clients' benign self-awareness.
