An Experimental Study Of Competition Training Method In College Basketball Optional Course Under Heterogeneous Grouping Condition

Basketball is one of the most popular sports among the "three big balls",and the optional course of basketball is also one of the most popular optional courses among college students.The traditional teaching methods mainly focus on simple skills teaching,students have less experience in full-field actual combat competition,competitive sports is to learn and experience the fun in the competition,so the application of competition training method in the optional class is proposed.Combined with the collectivity law of basketball and the conditions of heterogeneous grouping,the competition between student groups is more competitive and confrontational.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and so on the experimental study on the northeast petroleum university basketball option class,grade 2020 students of class 1 a09 option class as the experimental object,the option class grade2020 students of class 3 a09 as controlled object,through 32 class hours(64 hours)of basketball teaching,the results found that: under the condition of heterogeneous grouping teaching method in college basketball game training method of option class teaching is feasible,at the same time introduce heterogeneous grouping conditions helps make game training method used in the basketball options lesson will be improved.Through experimental analysis,it is found that:1.Both traditional teaching method and competition training method can improve students’ physical quality.Compared with traditional teaching method,competition training method is more obvious in improving students’ comprehensive physical quality.2.Compared with traditional teaching methods,competition training method is more helpful for students to master the application of basic skills such as dribbling and passing and the coordination of simple basic tactics.Traditional teaching methods have more advantages in students’ mastering single basic skills such as shooting.3.The combination of game training method and heterogeneous grouping method in college basketball optional class has a more obvious effect on cultivating students’ team spirit and cooperative consciousness compared with traditional teaching method.At the same time,competition training method can also stimulate students’ interest in learning and students’ subjectivity.4.The combination of competition training method and heterogeneous grouping method in college basketball optional course enriches the teachers’ evaluation method of students’ performance compared with the traditional teaching method.
